Casting director of Khoobsurat Nalini Ratnam on Fawad:

Q. In recent times which movie had the perfect casting according to you?

A. Well in recent times - Khubsoorat and not just because I was the casting director. Fawad Khan brought royalty to the table in a manner very few would have. In fact I cannot think of anyone from the current crop of actors who would have done as much justice to the role other than Fawad. The script was tailor made for Sonam Kapoor - who was the perfect foil for the uptight, suave prince and she played the part to the hilt. Amir Raza Hussain, Ratna Pathak Shah, Kirron Kher, Ashok Banthia, Simran Jehani and the rest of the supporting cast were brilliant. I also thought the casting of "Queen" was superb! Kangana, Liza Haydon and my favourite Rajkumar Rao. Kudos to the person who thought of casting Liza and the director who got her to deliver that brilliant performance!

Sonam Kapoor giggles uncontrollably everytime she is on the show, but this time the centre of attention was Fawad Khan. The poor guy was overwhelmed by the Sharma brand of comedy. He looked really cute though!
