Ohh man Faisal qureshi is fab! And trust me,I detested this guy in tere ishq mein. Like really really. I had decided not to watch his show ever again.
BUt when i saw KYQ's promos,it seemed very interesting and later i got to know this is none other than mere zaat...
Watched it,liked it and faisal😆 What an actor! I still standby my earlier comment that I like the older Arfeen than the younger one.
The way Faisal has expressed the guilt, the desperation is beyond amazing.
I think for me,if an actor excels in tragic scenes, that leaves a mark. And Faisal did that with KYQ (I hate this name. Such kekta type title 🤢)
I ended up watching Bashar Momin and man,I love the guy in BM 😆 BM is his best if u ask me.
I never knew he was that old. Seasoned actor.
Dunno what happened there with tere ishq mein. Bleh. Resham was the star there.

Have you finished BM already kiya?
BM is his best work so far.. He also produced BM, do you know that? Rudaba's acting is a bit blah butFaysal steal the show..
Tere ishq mein was a huge mistake. He should not have done that show.
If you want to watch another good show then watch Qaid e Tanhai..
If you liked the older version of Arfeen then you love him in this show.
Even I loved the older Arfeen more than the younger one.

Yes, Faysal is 40 years old.. He has been coming on tv for the past 20- 22 years.. He started acting when he was around 16 or 18. I have grown up seeing this guy 😆
He has a 20 year old daughter too. 😆

But whatever I followed PSF in past years after I started watching Pakistani dramas, The show and Faisal Qureshi both are highly acclaimed. that's why few months back when on tere ishq me aired on zindag and people were not having so much positive reviews about his work, I got little surprised and there was a lengthy discussion on it too. I mostly completed Umera Ahmed work other than Fawad khan shows, so have not seen Faisal Qurshi work much. But the amount of praises and critical acclaim he gest from his countrymen shows that he is surely a talented work. As have not seen his work, will not comment as its unfair from my side passing judgements on his work. My other friend, today recommended his another show Bashar Momin and I do like her choice as we end up liking same things , so will give that show a try too. For the time being, looking forward to see his work.

FQ is the most versatile actor I have ever seen. I think he has done more than 100 shows. And i have seen him in all kinds of character. Negative, Positive, Grey shaded, gangster, villain, college going boy, you just name it and he has done that! He completely gets into the character and he changes his physical appearances for a lot his characters. From his weight to his hairstyle, body language, it is different in every show.

You should try out his shows, you will like it for sure! 😃
He has done a lot of Umera's plays too..
And yes, he is absolutely fantastic in Bashar momin,,

Oh please don't compare him with shahrukh else he will be angry on you guys. Don't you know he insulted his fan for taking a name of an Indian actor 'Shahrukh Khan'. Few months back somebody has asked a question about patriotism and people were laughing on those Indians who thinks that Being an Indian they shouldn't watch pakistani shows. But those people will become mum when it comes to pakistani actors who insults their fans just because they are watching bollywood movies. So if they think that being a pakistani their fans shouldn't watch bollywood movies then being an Indian if somebody does the same then what's wrong in it ? I don't know how many pakistani people have inspired from him but i am definitely inspired from him. Thanks to him for making me more patriotic and proud to be an Indian. I have ignored Zindagi channel now !

What is this? Please don't spread this kind of negativity here.
Everybody is free to watch whatever they want and I am sure he did not say it in this context.
Nobody likes to be compared. And its just one person's view, nobody is comparing him to anybody,

As i said some people will never find anything wrong in this video but when it comes to Indian audience who refuse to watch pak shows people have different opinion.
It's called hypocrisy. And wait read his statement of Dec 2012

"Dear friends and well wishers of Pakistani media, please show your support for Pakistani drama by showing up in person at 3:30 p.m on Saturday 15th DECEMBER at the Karachi Press Club. As you may have noticed, there's a sudden influx of dubbed dramas as well as Indian soaps in the prime time slot (8 p.m-10:00 p.m) on several mainstream entertainment channels. Nowhere in the world does a country give such precedence to foreign content instead of its own indigenous software as Pakistani channels are choosing to do at this moment. If this trend is allowed to continue unabated, several Pakistani producers and production houses will be forced to shut down. It has been a long and arduous journey for artists, writers, directors, music directors, art directors and producers as it is... Please show your support for this industry and Pakistan's cultural identity. We look forward to seeing you at the Press Club on Saturday at 3:30 p.m.God bless you all!" (Faysal Quershi)
If he is against the telecast of Indian shows then some Indians are also against watching Pak shows. I respect his patriotism that he thinks about his country but i can't read the abusive words for those indians who also think for their country. If pak people respect their tv actors for being so patriotic then they should respect those Indians too who thinks that watching pak shows are against their patriotism. Pak viewers should respect them too. And yes everybody is free to watch anything on TV but some members of this forum forgot that(when they were discussing about twitter trend against pak shows, smoking etc.) They shouldn't make fun of them when their own actors does the same. That's all i wanted to say.

You surely are putting everything out of context here, that was the time when turkish soaps were getting very popular and mainstream channels started airing those at prime time which was obviously unfair, Star Plus or Zee TV have not started replacing Indian content with any other so your comparison is completely unfair. Just like india has zee zindagi Ary and Hum have started seperate channels to air foreign content now and no one has issues with it
