They took out a lot of stuff from both ZGH and Humsafar

Its reality but I'm one of those who agree that this shouldn't be showed on TV. Even if there's a moral behind it, initially it might give the wrong message.

Did anyone notice that while Ashar was in the car and Khirad in the truck, their vehicles were shown to be aage-peeche, on the same road? Or am I over thinking it LOL?
Because I noticed the camera retreating to the truck and then to the car on the bird-view shot.

I guess it would signify the so near yet so far thing.

Yes zgh one I know from that live transmission. And I read that sari burning part too. I guess women writer in pakistan want to reflect the socio psychological pattern by writing these. Whatever it is, if it was shown in zgh that zaroon slapped kashaf , I would have disgusted by that too and criticised it. I actually dislijed Zaroon for his jerk behaviour in library and no justofication to that.

I am more of a zgh fan , its true, but my perception about gender bias, regressive plots and misogyny, chauvinism, surely does not change ad per that preference folks.

it's the mentality that runs in many mother-in-law's minds if I'm not mistaken, a lot of them are like this, treating their daughter-in-laws as objects for their son to play with.

It is because Saas bhi kabhi bahu thi and her MIL did the same to her so I will do the same to my DIL

But this mentality this chain needs to be broken

THE MIL needs to think ki like I was a daughter of my parents my DIL is also someones daughter then there might be a change in the saas bahu scenario

Yes Sana thanks for saying it that on popular medium like television with that great reach, these should not be portrayed with this much emphasis even if it is meaning reflecting society.

Yes, the two vehicles were closeby and they kept showing Asher's face in the rear view mirroe (of the truck???).. which i doubt is possible - pic in the mirror bit...

There is a lot of symbolism in HS and this was one of them.

I was just comparing both novels, If Humsafar novel was regressive ZGH was no less but glad they changed it
Yes Kashaf gets slapped by Zaroon in library and than even after marriage he slaps her, novel ka Zaroon was actually bordering grey

I too felt the same

Maybe it was actually like that or it was clever editing

I got your point. 😊

No issues.

Just stated as on this forum there is a belief that zgh brigade deliberately wants to put down humsafar and its fandom. I
Hope no issues with you too. 😊
