Sorry Payal then i am not from that abadi and yes have seen Barun in DJ,s show here and there . I get bore very easily . Sometimes its the people of forum i am hooked to where there is healthy discussions and friendly environment . Paakhi i was recommended and knew based on Sharat,s novel still was not interested as i know how makers harakari the story but watched midway and was not disappointed as had class and quality but left when it went haywire . now off to Hindi ones . The story i have read which had few dialogues , can be interesting , Here Zain takes the upper hand . Has teenage love where FK totally can look teenager and i do not want to sound negative . Sonam can do the job where as grown ups and standing opposite each other and love is still there , Its going to be battle of wits .
FK is getting solo hero films . And for me does not matter if its with Sonam . Whatever is there but both complement each other . Sonam might be more wise and might be more mature . Barjatya,s movies are family oriented and if Salman after a long time said yes then must be some role and that with Sonam in saree . I am out spoken person , say what i think , so lets not pass the verdict ,
fawad seeing the situation ,is in the PH where he is like family and got this role and i think PH was just watching how people respond to movie . And got the positive feedback . BOB must be in mind with FK as he was not out of lime light even after movie was released in India . All major media are talking little bit here and there about him . HT had his interview then TOI today has in Delhi times about his coming movie .
You become choosy when you have firmly set your feet . All the Khan,s and Kapoor did not reach where they are today . And if you see there are many similarities between Shahrukh Khan and FK,s Life , from lagoing chakker of the girl,s college , they wanted to marry with one track mind . FK is hard working and sensible person . Both are best in Romancing the heroine and emotional ones .
Not meant to offend anyone but just was thinking ,do not pass the verdict already . Give Sonam a chance to prove herself , Have faith in FK,s decision .
Sorry , i just went on . And Why Fawad should not be Zindgi,s brand Ambassador for now , it was because of his show ,Like me many started watching Pak shows and got to meet so many talented Actors . Never was disappointed . Humsafar is his next big show .
Whatever feedback i have got from Khoobsurat , as living in Delhi , it was positive and none can do better tan sonam who just plated herself . As for proposing scene , i do not know may be she was in shock and went blank . How can one think that a prince is getting paint balls and then proposing .

Just reminded me of Izzazat of Rakha and Nasir then Musam with Sharmila and sanjive Kumar , were Gulzar,s directed one . If you are a good actor and your character is very well carved out ,you can stand out in the crowd . Specially Gulzar,s Vimal Roy.s and other great actors had story weaved around the woman where man has equally part to play .
Why not to have neutral approach without giving the verdict . I write here as i just like the atmosphere and feel within friends .

CanI just say please do not make it a Sonam discussion thread please. She is Fawad's co actor and has been great friend cum host while he was here. Hopetheir association grow strength to stremgth. I do not come here to write, discuss or read about pages after pages abput any one else other than Fawad. Sorry for my bias, but can we plse move on from this sonam is this, can be that, was great, eould be greatest there.

No offence but I needed to tell this as I give up too. No more arguements left.I do not like her onscreen and thats my judgement, no amount of persuasion or arguements can change that except she excels in what she does and surprises me. Different people, different perspdctive, different expectations. And no one here wants anything bad for fawad or ill wish or question his intelligence or chpice. But investing our precious time do make us eligible to be worthy enough to have apprehensions one or few for the man whom we admire. None of us are enemies fr him. And end of the day, our opinions, good or bad, appreciation or criticism do npt matter to these celeb. Its their life and their right to live the way they want to.

So lets just happily agree to disagree that on few things in life, we all are not on same page if that involves our favorite actor.

Hope no discussion on Ms Sonam kapoor on Fawaf khan AT. please its a request. No offence and hope no issues.

Going by all her ivs, i would say that Sonam was very uncomfy with revealing herself in KS: she said that it was the most difficult for her to play herself ( i.e let people in). Being sensitive, she was afraid of being vulnerable & harshly judged for who she is.

That shows in some scenes, but she did a fabulous job in many others, so it balanced it all out for me: she is also the least experienced of the main cast (minus Vikus sister) & she never played the bubbly before (not so easy!). I can also imagine that having many flops can undermine anyones confidence & when actors are insecure or uncomfy, it shows in their work.

As for the proposal scene, I think she was afraid to be carried away in some way; she was holding back (again inhibitions) & the scene came out a lot more different from what one would imagine when a girl gets a surprise proposal.😆

With the appreciation she got, she will hopefully shed even more inhibitions; that started when Raanjhana happened. (She was great in Bewakoof, really convincing within the limitations of her character) & her acting will feel even more natural with her next, i am sure. 😃

No i have not , just was thinking how to order on line or have to go to some book store as must be now available after people must b curious to read . I find what ever stuff i have read in blogs or other places , seems to be quite interesting , mature and feels it should be battle of wits now . Sonam should be mature here And both will be trying to outwit the other one . I watch movies rarely only if contents are good and can not watch movies with abusing language as now the trend has become . Naturally while watching her interviews , i find her to be vulnerable sometimes .
