its nice to see ZGH getting importance from tabloids...reading articles about it
just kinda apprehensive about something...looking at its success...its possible some random channel and some random PH could look at making its remake in India...
and kinda still remember the debacle of remake of dhoop kinare...epic fail👎🏼
++++++++++++++++++++
I totally love sidra-kashaf conversations...watching it over again...its fun to watch every conversation between supporting characters as well...so very well written, so very well portrayed - even hamaad-shameela...shameela kinda really takes hammaad as her brother na, the way she pulls his leg all the time😆

After the wonderful ( horrible) mess that was Dhoop Kinare's remake, I'd much rather never watch any remake of ZGH.
Also, no offence, but I really don't see any Indian telly actor pulling off a Kashaf. Zaroon can still be managed, but Kashaf, nope.

You are here: HomeEntertainmentMoviesPakistani drama serial Zindagi Gulzar Hai' roaring high across the border

KARACHI: Zindagi Gulzar Hai' a romantic Pakistani drama series captured Indian audience heart after being aired on their newly launched channel by Zee TV.

Indian media as well as audience praises the concept and performance of Pakistani artist in this drama series. Pakistani actor and model Sanam Saeed who played the role of Kashaf' has become extremely popular among the Pakistani and Indian audience.

According to Indian media, "The fashionista of Pakistan, Sanam Saeed's portrayal of simpleton Kashaf Murtaza is hands down the best acting you have seen in a while. Playing the role of a girl who is constantly in war with her fate, Sanam is brilliant. You actually feel her situation and know she is not doing what we call over-the-top-acting".

Another source added, "Full points to the makers for keeping the story depiction as close as possible to the real world. With due respect to the Indian serials, Zindagi Gulzar Hai did not show a lower middle-class family in a seven-room cottage or an upper-class guy cracking Rs 1,000 crore deals. There were no far-fetched stories and everything was relatable. This is no typical saas-bahu drama. And thank god for the first time we had no bitchy monster-in-laws in their gawdy make-ups. They did show saas and their concerns' but to a limit and something you believed."

Sanam Saeed is over-whelmed and grateful with the response of her drama serial and she reportedly said in an interview, "I am privileged to have been a part of Zindagi Gulzar Hai. The kind of response that we have got from the viewers is overwhelming. It feels great that the Indian audiences absolutely loved the show and were able to relate to it. This is the first drama that Zindagi launched with and it has broken the ice between India and Pakistan".

yeah I agree...first no actress would agree to go for a sans makeup look here😆 and I get creeps imagining a caked up indian telly actress playing kashaf and ruining it right from there...acting toh bahot dur ki baat hai...sanam is unmatchable

Please never in my nightmare I wanna think zgh will be remade here. Sorry but trp driven makers are so creatively corrupt that they cannot do justice to zgh. Moreover trp janta can only love gopi bahus and all.

dono if ul read it...but karan kundra, (that gumrah host) is interested in acting again in TV shows if its similar to ZGH and AZ...as per some IV...a-n-d I got the creeps again😕😆

😆 Okay. I don't think any of the popular actors can pull off a Zaroon. IKR? Not a single Indian actress will pull off a Kashaf, IMO. Like I said, Zaroon can still be managed by some good actors, although IDK if they can bring the easy charm, but Sanam's Kashaf cannot be touched. Just no.
