Completely agree. It is one of the few shows that has made me laugh and cry and want to dance! Dancing - when Sophie visits Yug for the first time.😆 Every character here is so well thought out, and it is so easy to connect emotionally.
One episode I loved especially was when Yug accidentally knocked Sophia's mother's portrait. She looked upset and I thought she would shout at him. What surprised me was when Yug commented that she had such kind eyes, you could see Sophia's smile through her tears. It was such a poignant moment when she realised that Yug, through one photograph, had understood her mother. And later when she asked him about his family and he said he was an orphan, I could not stop my tears from flowing...truly, there was a small moment where it seemed like they felt shared pain.
Their emotional bonding in this show is amazing, and I truly feel for every member in this show. Even Veronica, who is probably the most evil of the lot, has her own share of grief. True, she should not blame Sophie for the accident, but how well would we expect a mother to be able to forgive her step-daughter for losing her son? I've always felt the one who has lost most in the house is Peter, and no matter how they try to show him as a villain - I am very sure the guilt is not direct.
I really hope this show goes on for long because there is so much potential to create even more everlasting relationships. A masterpiece of a show that weaves in comedy, romance, happiness and deep sorrow in a 20-minute span every day. Brilliant work by CVs and especially by actors👏
