Sab jante hai defence kitna strict hota hai mere hubby bhi Air Force mein per yaha koi strictness nahin cadets officers ko naam se bulate hai sahi ya galat jo mann mein aaya bol diya ek jo training ka darr aur passion jo hota hai woh serial mein nahi dikh raha bahar to chodo accedmedy mein bhi koi rules regulations utna strict nahi gai shuru ke kuch episode chod de to discipline naam ki ko cheez nahi mess mein ghus kar koi pancakes bana raha hai senior kuch bole to ulta jawab dena audience jo aaj tak tv movies mein jo dekhti aai hai kis tarah treat kiya jata hai cadets ko aisa kuch nahi hai jis tarah ki hurkatein hai abhi tak accedmedy se nikal diya gaya hota overall woh training aur defence wali feel nahi aa rahi

Yes.. if this was set in college.. it would make more sense and connect bhi ho jata .. academy wali seriousness nahi hai..

Its because yeh Show hai. ITV reality follow ni karta hai, woh bas fiction mei jeeta hai jaha unhe liberty hai kuch bhi dikhane ki.

In my opinion, the reason why this academy is showing such casual approach to training as these people are civilians who are training to save people if needs arise. They won't become full fledged soldier and it was said that this is the first batch.

And they keep shoving the point of how these people are different each other and they are here so they could learn the discipline and get trained.

They have the passion but they will learn the ropes slowly.

Absolutely true. Also I guess promising youth based show, good actors yeh sab milakar audience ki expectations ke bilkul vipareet hua hain.

About Academy ka environment, kya hi kahe. Aap Aarohan wale topic me K3G campus laoge toh yeh toh hoga hi.

I agree with your point but show mein clearly dikhaya gaya haii ki it's a civilians training program and they are all civilians....So it will take time for them to get into a disciplined character....It's just the start....Once all of them get habitual and eventually when the show will progress....We guys will love it...

I completely respect ur views and can somewhat relate to it . I too studied at a military school have alot people I know that are in the army and the way they function and operate is completely different . In the army there is a strict no disobey ing seniors wala disciplined attitude whether u agree or not u never disobey or rebel . U function and operate a different way that sets u apart from the civilians.

I remember at times jis tarika sa hame punishment milti yaa jin reasons ka liya milti thi they might sound absurd or stupid or unnecessary to civilians but in the army they do it for a reason.

All cadets enter the NDA , IMA , OTA as regular undisciplined civilians cadets and leave as gentalmen.

On the show in the very beginning they have said very clearly ki iska army sa koi taluk nahi hoga these people will forever remain civilians and nor are they being trained to be a part of the territorial army hence they will be dealt with a little differently as unha bas situation ko handel karne ka instincts ko develop karne ka liya yeh academy aaye hain.

Plus unko shuruvat main hi disciplined dikhate toh growth of character dikhane ka liya nahi bachta. Had it been a army recruitment wala formula aur woh abhi ka show wali leniency dikhate toh it would have been idiocacy and humiliting but yaaha bas unha civilians ko responsible enough to deal with situations when arise ka liya as backup kar raahe hain ki agar at times situation aisi ayi ki army aur police at that moment maujud na ho aap blank naa hoke atleast khudh ko presence of mind use karke safeguard kare till the army comes and Handel's the situation.

With time yeh discipline bhi sikhenga aur sudhrenge bhi but journey will take time 50 episodes ka andar hi sudhar diya toh show main aage kya dikhenga.
