Who made Ali the captain of the "tez talwar ladke"?

He lacks every quality a captain needs:
  • He never had any faith in the members of his team .
  • He is not a good motivator.
  • He was not a Positive.
  • He had no Respect for Authority.
  • He does not have the Ability to stand against critics.

Actions speak louder than words!! And the facial expressions he was making during every performance was uncalled for. Leaders should know their own strengths and weaknesses and are able to view their behavior objectively. They recognize their shortcomings, open themselves to feedback, and are willing to make changes when necessary.
Last But not Least, Help others succeed. Not just put one person in the spotlight and forget about the others.

In MY opinion, he was just made captain for some laughs, with Delnaz.. He had no leadership qualities.

I thought Amey should have been the captain..He was the only one who could handle defeat.

Yes but he lost his cool & calm when it was needed the most. His behavior was just so dissappointing...

I respectfully disagree. Completely.😊 Ali was an excellent captain throughout and always motivated his team....However in the last few weeks, the general quality of this show just took a nosedive, in my opinion....fingers can't be pointed at any one person in my opinion😊
Amey is adorable, but the captain of the team??😆 The poor child would be lost in the sea of well scripted drama😉

@nureat01: Well making Manish cry was defiantly motivation...and not having any faith in the team, he obviously thought they wouldnt win the last JBJ round .....Well he is the captain, and fingers useally point at the captain...They are responsible for the whole team...

Neelu.Rox: I don't think they 'made' Manish cry...Manish is a grown man, not a little boy that someone can make him cry. That was Manish's own problem that he is an emotional man who overeacts about things....if the faith wasn't there, then Manish himself wouldn't have come back and blended back into the team so well....The only ppl who de-motivated anyone in this show were the judges.
I will still disagree with you in what I feel is an overly harsh judgement of Ali as a captain....he may not have been perfect or 100% right all the time, but that doesn't mean that his captaincy or leadership skills should be ridiculed.

Bakhtiyar being the captain would've been a nightmare!!😆....As it is he has no control over his emotions or actions, he would never have been able to handle the varying tempraments in the team...a captain needs to have a cooler head than that....I thought Ali was the best choice of captain for the team, no doubt.
