Malaika's performance- as a dancer and Judge

After her dance, please tell me if you think she deserves to judge a DANCE show? Please, give me your honest opinion. What is her qualification to judge someone on dance. Terrible, this is such an insult to us - the viewers.

Dancing is not wearing skimpy clothes and gyrating to the beats and being lifted by some huge guy. I was so dissapointed with her. Forget Karishma or Ashita Versus Bakhtyaar, I don't hate the girls by any means. I like all women and they performed decently, but this woman Malaika has been giving uneducated decisions all along right from the very beginning of the show whether it is wrongfully favoring the boys or the girls.

I know many of you have been hating Malaika more than anything else..but genuinely I do think she is one of the best dancers in the film industry and its better to have a person who knows about the things he/she has to judge rather than picking random actors...and since she is great dancer I do think she was a fair person as a judge

And her comments too were most of the times productive..not just saying "I loved it," "It was the best thing I have ever seen," or "the worst performance ever," etc...she actually analyzed different parts of a dance and said which were good and/or bad

The point is, if you have a dance show, I understand for TRPs you need someone famous, but again, you need someone who knows the craft very very well. And also, what exactly is Malaika's claim to fame? She is an item girl like Rakhi Sawant has said clearly and is not given that tag because she is Salman Khan's sister in law.

She is - a bahu of a rich bollywood family who also happens to be a glorified item girl who can't really dance other than to sway her hips provocatively. She should not be rightfullyjudging dance shows, Iit's okay if shewears skimpy clothes - that's not my problem. MY HONEST OPINION IS SHE CANNOT JUDGE SOMETHING THAT SHE HERSELF IS SO BAD AT - DANCE,

thANK YOU, i been saying this since day one... I think Rakhi Sawant is 100 times better dancer then Malika for sure, any time any day. I agree with you 100%

she always repeated same words over and over doesn't make her amazing judge, many times girls never pointed their toes, many times girls mudras in kathak or classical never looked perfect, these are some of the things that she has to notice, and also, different styles, and concept, she doesn't know the craft to T, i am sorry, she can't choreograph her own dance, if she is a good dancer she should have ability to do that, but she doesn't, everytime she is called on stage unknowingly she would put her one hand up and start grinding which she knows the best, she has never judged productively, and as a dancer, which she hasn't...

I think she cant dance and also she sucks at judging she picks one performance over the other when one performnace still has to be done like she did with Moni and Chetyana. I hated her and chunky was another dumb loser who did everything she said it was like he had no opnion of his own yes malika no malika i mean come on he was no help what so ever to the boys i felt bad for them.

Well about her repeating her words, be it singing dancing laughing, any competition, things are often repeated since there is a limit to how much one can explore...second even madhuri, one of the best dancers of India, doesn't choreograph her own dance, no actors do. It's like saying singers don't compose their songs..well obviously..that's y jobs are divided..but the dance Malaika did was really impressive..and her dances in general are better than most other actors of India...

Anyway, you guys can protest..given you all have been having same opinions..LOL

given you dont know how to read... what i meant was when she gets on stage when, someone calls her to be on stage and plays a random songs, all she does is grind, when there is alot that could be done. and talking about Madhuri, well my friend, when madhuri came to New York, and when she was asked to dance on a random number, she danced with perfection and it didn't seem choreographed, it came from her heart, I am not talking about the Concert i am talking about India Day Celebration about 3 years back. ok....

who said Singers' can't compose, who said lyricist can't sing, who said Dancer can't Choreograph, when you are giving someone a Best Dancer Tag, they should have ability to atleast choreograph little bit not the whole act, I am a Dancer for 10 years now, so does it mean i can't choreograph my act,

IF that's the case, we should all stop judging movies and actors and actresses well because most of us probably can't act so we have no right to judge them since we dont know the craft?? Ummm all awards shows should close cause the people who do all the judging in the award shows are not actors so how can they judge other actors?

Malika is a great dancer just becuase you didnt' like her one dance doesnt make her a bad dancer or a bad judge, only because you didnt like her decision. I think Chunky is the bad judge. Malika has always been very clear about her views, and she knows what she is talking about. She notices things some of us might never notice because she KNOWS what she is looking at.

And can we please get over it? NO amount of venting and moaning and complaining will change the winners of this competition.

I think you are taking my comments too personally..I don't see a reason for us to get offensive with each other...but seriously if u r a good dancer you dont hve to be a great choreographer..same with lyricsts composers etc...have you seen anu malik singing..he is great at composing but, no offense, I don't think many of us would want to see him singing...anyway I know you don't like Malaika and I respect..may be I see something in her that you don't...

where in my post I said anything about winning and losing, it seems like you have issues.. you really don't know how to read. and PS. our judging doesn't affect anyone and Talking about judges of the award shows are actors, so please don't try to compare and bring in something that has nothing to do with the show.. if you don't know what to say then don't..
