The episode starts with Survi praying to the God along with khushi, that had her own child been alive today, she'd have been the same age and this khushi might be someone else's daughter but she loves her as her own. She asks khushi to touch the God's feet. Instead she touches hers saying that she is her God and she was sent because God can't be everywhere. survi wishes her a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Khushi thanks her mother. Survi asks what does she want, but she declines saying that she doesn't need anything now but, one day she will herself ask for a grand prize, and she shouldn't deny then. Survi complies. khushi asks her to hurry as it's time for her promotion at work. she asks her to have breakfast first, or else her head will ache. khushi says that she doesn't feel like eating at all, as she is so busy. survi smiles at her chattering, while she says about her handkerchief idea wonderful for headache. survi reminiscences Kartik, his love and his betrayal. khushi brings her out of reverie. Survi asks her to have breakfast before leaving.

Here, Kartik is living with Tai who is back in her vamp avatar. She does her puja simply. All pray. Bindu's son and Hema's girl crib and irritate tai, but turns around with a smile. Kartik gives Hema's daughter lecture about how wrong things make you a lifetime of regret etc then composes himself and tells Tai that he is going to Nasik and will return by the evening. She wishes him to have safe journey. Kartik gets happy thinking about khushi's birthday. He says that khushi met him first today and went away. He gets emotional, while all listen. He says that he did get khushi even if for a day. After all goes, Tai says that for the past 7 years her life has been smooth and she didn't do anything, but she doesn't wish to see any miracle, so that survi should be away from them.
Later, Kartik arrives Nasik and sees people on the road in a procession. the cab driver informs it's vinayak chaturthi today. He gets down and prays at the temple that his khushi might not be there with him but she still remains in his heart. He blesses his daughter to be happy always. Just then, survi passes by him, with khushi, on her scooty and stop behind him. Kartik too turns around, but Survi rides away.

Arriving at work, Survi finds everyone murmuring and eyeing her oddly. She asks them what's the matter. Her senior hands her a termination letter. She asks the reason. He says that she can ask the boss, Mr Despande, as they are only servants. Before Survi can react, khushi madly storms in the office and asks about Jatin, the boss. She calls him Fatso. He too turns around and refers to her as Chotu. With authority, she locks the door. He hands her the keys. She asks the reason of termination. Jatin says that it's his company, his will. Khushi asks how can he do this then adds that she is unhappy and when she isn't happy, things aren't good always. Survi screams when khushi bits him with a stick. He rushes out and begs to be saved. survi reprimands khushi, but she asks how can he be a friend if he threw her out of the job. Jatin quickly says that she hasn't been thrown out, but has gotten a promotion too. He says that it was a trick, and that in the top meeting, it's been decided that she'll handle the Mumbai Branch. Survi is shocked to know this while khushi is ecstatic. Then Survi recalls Kartik and is morose. Khushi apologises for being angry at Jatin. Soon they starte bantering while survi blurts out that she can't go to Mumbai. They both ask why. She says that she doesn't feel the need of answering the question and its final, and then leaves.
Outside, while eating, Jatin and khushi plan how to convince Survi. Khushi promises him that she'll make her agree. Meanwhile Kartik is reading a newspaper inside the cab while survi is coming from the opposite direction, and is on phone. She too misses him and almost collides with it. They both look up and stare with shocked expression. Jatin, from the side of the road, eyes too.


Precap: Kartik and khushi copy each other's unknowingly. He finds it weird. they both look at each other. Kartik asks khushi not to copy. She says that she wasn't doing anything like that. Meanwhile, oblivious to their confrontation, survi walks towards her daughter.
