Wahi tho main part hain! Her confession of love for him made it clear for karthik that survi also loves him from past few days like since she lied about having fever just cancle honeymoon trip and not coming to birthday bash on time all these made him confused and he started thinking that she doesn't care about him and his feelings this confession only made him plan the surprise on Valentine's day and hopefully consummation!
