The episode starts with Tai doing the rituals of griha pravesh with survi and kartik. survi is about to step in, when shanti stops her. She reminds tai about another ritual which means the bride shall say good things about the husband while hitting the rice bowl and then with the same foot step inside. Survi says that she'll live with kartik in all thick and thin life. Shanti praises her and asks kartik to do the same. He says that he doesnt make promises easily but when he does, he gives his life too for it and that with survi he's tied in another promise which is to be by her side in every stage of life. Then she hits the bowl and enters in the house. Shanti asks kartik to hold survi's hand while stepping in. Survi is overwhelmed while he takes her hand in his and they walk in. Tai silently fumes. Bindu and Hema watch dryly. Then tai asks bindu and shanti to get ready the room for wedding night. After they leave, kartik enquires what's all this. She says t nothing special, just she'll give her room to him as it is the largest. He asks what's the need to do this. she says that it's her wedding gift for them to start the new life She adds as Survi is the new owner, then it's her right to stay in that room, if anyone later tells her to vacate the room she won't like it. kartik says to her that it's all hers only. She dramatically states that it's enough that he said this to her and she just wants happiness and peace in the family. She teases him not to change after marriage. kartik hugs her being emotional, while she glares at survi who is standing frozen. kartik tells tai she had and she will always have the first right on him. Lata appears there with in wheelchair. Tai says to her that she brought survi and kartik in their house. she doesn't speak anything. Karvi come to seek her blesings and she blesses them happily. He apologises that it all happened in a jiffy and she wasn't well. Lata says that it's alright as what happened was good and what will happen would be good as well.

In tai's room, hema is fuming but shanti looks approvingly at the romantic set up. She finds some candles not lit, so lights them up. Hema says she must be very happy today. Shanti says joyously that she is as that her best friend is her SIL now. Hema angrily burns shanti's hand while she is lighting the candles and says that survi will never be able to be owner of the house replacing tai. She warns shanti not to tell anyone else she'll burn her completely. Shanti is hell scared. When they come down, Tai asks her what happened to her as she's looking pale. Hema says that she burnt her hand though she had warned. Tai and Bindu get the meaning but others are tensed. Tai asks bindu to take survi to the room. she complies and they both leave. Bindu gets survi in the room. Seeing the romantic arrangement of the room, Survi sits tensely. Bindu says that tai will soon send kartik to her. Here, Tai tells kartik to go the room as survi is waiting. He asks whats the need for all this. She asks him not to argue as she is always right. He leaves nervously. Lata thinks that Tai is acting so sweet that means she is planning something. Tai signals Bindu and she dials Tai's number and the phone buzzes.

Meanwhile, kartik enters the room and sees survi who is blushing. Right then, he hears Tai asking the kidnapper not to hurt Aniket and he turns and rushes down. Lata thinks that she was right..Tai's game started. survi stares at the doorway sadly as Kartik leaves. He asks tai what's wrong and she lies the kidnapper wants 20 lakhs. He says that he'll just get it and rushes upstairs. Tai smirks at Bindu. As he arrives in room, survi asks him if everything is okay. But he ignores her and leaves with the money. Survi comes out and stands in the balcony to see what is happening. Tai tells him that he won't go anywhere as she will be responsible for ruining survi's wedding night. He goes however. Tai asks bindu to go with him. After they leave, she turns to lata and says her scornfully that survi will never be able to consummate marriage with kartik, and she'll be the DIL but not his wife. Survi sees everything from the balcony and comes to Lata after Tai goes. Survi asks crying if what they are doing is right.

pyare wonders how to tell tai that kishore is after his life. He calls up Tai, who pretends that it's the kidnapper's call. Pyare talks about his problems but tai shuts him up saying that they'll deal with it later. Payre is shocked when he turns around and finds kishore's hand on his shoulder. He rushes away.

kishore comes in the house and wipes his makeup. He says to Lata and Survi they are right. survi is shocked to see him. Kishore tells survi that she is compassionate for those who don't even deserve it. Raghu aggress to him. Lata says that they'll keep playing this game until Tai is exposed to kartik. Raghu asks if the way they murdered kishore was right. Then he explains how he had rescued kishore in the jungle at right time.

Precap: survi tells kartik to sleep on the bed and she'll manage on the floor. He tells her to sleep on the bed instead he'll sleep on the floor. She asks him not to argue as he's used to sleeping on bed. Kartik doesn't comply and they keep arguing.
