#parve mansion#
They got down from the car and advanced towards the main door..
Lata was all set and excited to welcome the new bride to her new home.. she stood facing them inside the main door as she adjusted the diya's in the aarti thaal.

Karthik: aayi.. iss sabki kya zaroort thi?..
Lata: chup kar..! aise nahi bolte. ab kya mein apni baccho keliye itna bhi nahi karungi?!

Survi bent down to take lata's blessings as lata did their aarti and tilak. survi tilted the kalash filled with rice grains.. she then was asked to dip both her palms into the thaal filled with aalta and place her aalta stained palm on the outer wall of the parve mansion leaving mark of her palms on the wall as a symbol of her authority over karthik and his everything that belonged to him.

Tayi showed up with a fake smile,, her eyes were red showing the depth of her hatred and anger..
Survi then approached tayi who was standing near a pillar.. she sat down seeking blessing.

Survi(in a calm tone): apni bahu ko aashirvaad nahi dengi aap tayi?!

Tayi's anger raised but she controlled as karthik was also there and she didn't want to loose his blind faith on her..
Tayi uttered "sukhi raho" while cursing survi under her breath.. but survi didn't move from her place and nodded as tayi saw her again..

Lata: ab aashirvaad de bhi dijiye tayi.

Tayi forced a fake smile as she said "akhand soubhagyavati bhav" touching survi's head, which made survi get up with a smile..
Karthik didn't got what was the difference between the blessings but little did he know that it was related to him as he saw the newly fond mother-in-law and daughter-in-law pair smile at each other.

Karthik's train of thought broke when his cell phone rang.. it was a call from a private number.."Private number?!" He whispered. Lata sensed something was wrong and decided to ask him the reason..

Lata: kya baat hai karthik? Tum pareshaan lag rahe ho..

Karthik picked up the call
Karthik: hello kon?. Kya?. aapko kaise pata?.. Par aap hai kon?.. hello?!
Lata: kya hua karthik?
Karthik: aayi.. private number se call aaya tha.. woh bol raha tha ki aniket ko humare dusre ghar mein chupaya gaya hai..

And this made tayi's face pale with fear of getting caught.. although she made made a innocent face thereafter gaining karthik's concern..
Karthik: aap chinta mat kijiye tayi aniket ko kuch nahi hoga. Mein hu na mein usse kuch hone bhi nahi dunga.
Tayi: terepe mujhe poora bharosa hai re kartya.. mereko bharosa hai ki tu mera ani ko wapis ghar zaroor layega..par mein bhi chalti hai na tere saath.
Karthik: nahi nahi tayi.. aap aaram kijiye,, mein dekhta hu, Aaj toh mein uss kidnapper ko chodunga nahi.

Karthik rushed outside after giving a nod at lata who nodded inreturn reassuring him.

Lata guides survi to karthik's room to have some rest,,whereas tayi hurries to her's and shuts the door with a bang.

#karthik's room#
Lata: survi.. yeh karthik ka kamra hai. Aur aaj se tumhara bhi..
Survi: par kaki... mein kaise..
Lata: ah ha..!! Kaki nahi.. accha chal yeh bata ki karthik mujhe kya kehke bulata hai?
Survi(slightly confused): Aayi !
Lata: toh aajse tum bhi mujhe aayi kehke pukarogi!! Samzla?!
Survi: ho kaki...
Lata: kya..
Survi: matlab,, aayi.

Lata smiled at her as she cupped survi's face and kissed her forehead

Lata: aaj tumhe tumhara pyaar wapis mila hai survi..par usse sambhalkar rakhna ab tumhari zimmedaari hai. Aaj se tumhari har ek kadam ko tumhe 100 baar soch kar rakhna padega.. kyuki tumhara saamna tayi jaisi ek nirdayi, shaktishali aur chaalak dushman ke saath hai. Par haar nahi maan na beta.. kyuki agar iss baar tum haar gayi na,, toh sab kuch khatam hojayega.. sab kuch!
Survi took lata's hands in hers..
Survi: nahi aayi.. iss baar haar meri nahi tayi ki hogi kyuki yeh ab sirf meri aur unki ladaai nahi balki sacchai aur acchai ki ladaai hai burayi se! Aur mein aapse vaada karti hi aayi mein karthik ko, aapko ya mere parivaar mein see kisiko bhi ek kharoch tak aane nahi dungi..! tayi ko apne kiye ki saza toh milke hi rahegi,,
Lata: par survi.. tum.. tum yeh sab akele kaise karogi beta?!
Survi: aap meri chinta mat kijiye aayi, aap bas dekhte jaayiye,, aise chaal chalungi.. ki sab dang reh jaayenge.

#tayi's room#
Tayi paced in her room tensed.. "Yeh yede kartya ko bhi abhicch jasoosi karna tha., ab agar usse yeh pata chal gaya ki ani ko meine shaadi ke mandap se gayab kiya tha toh.. phir toh meri saari chalein ulti pad jaayengi. Atha kaay karu me bappa!!" after thinking for a min. or two, she dialled pyaare's number. And as soon as he picked up the call she shouted "yeh pyaare! Khute aahes re tu?!! Yaha Kartya ko kisine phone karke bata diya hai ki ani uss ghar mein hai.."
Pyaare: kya!! ohho saasu maa.. ab ka hoga?! Agar,, agar karthik ji ko yeh pata chal gaya ki yeh aapki kartoot hai.. phir toh aapki khair nahi. Arre aapki chodiye,, meri kya haalat hogi..
Tayi: yeehh chup!! Pehle se hi meri satki huyi hai, issiliye jyada chapad chapad mat kar.. samjha na! Ab dhyaan se meri baat sunn. Jab kartya waha pe aayega na...

And she went on explaining her plan to pyaare what should be done further.

Pyaar: Wah saasu mumma.. kya plan banaya hai. Karthik ji toh bhokla hi jaayenge..
Tayi disconnected the call after saying "chal ab kaam pe lag jaa.."

Tayi: kartya ka toh theekana lagjayega.. par woh kon tha jo usko phone karke yeh bataya ki ani dusre ghar mein hai.. aur woh jo bhi tha.. usse yeh baat pata kaisi chali?! Mereko pehle uss insaan ko doondna hoga jo yeh sab kar raha hai. Ek baar woh mere haath lag jaaye,, aayi shappat..! phir toh uski waat lagani hai mereko.

On the other hand karthik reached the house where aniket was kept atleast that unknown informer said so. He parked his car near the gate and barged inside the house only to be welcomed by hema, pyaare and bindu.

Karthik: aap sablog yaha kya kar rahe hai?!
Bindu:woh karthik kya haina ki..
Karthik: bindu di woh sab chodiye, aap mein se kisine yaha aniket dekha?

Karthik was slightly confused seeing all of them there at a time.. but shrugged off the thought as he now want to concentrate on aniket.
Bindu: kya?! Aniket yaha kyu aayega, woh toh shaadi ke mandap se hi bhag gaya tha na..kya hua karthik?! Kuch problem hua hai kya..
Karthik: nahi bindu di woh.. ek private number se call aaya tha, koi aadmi tha.. bol raha tha ki aniket ko yaha, issi ghar mein chupaya gaya hai..
Pyaare: kyaa?! Par koi aisa kyu karega?!
Hema: ha ha..koi aisa kyu karega?!
Karthik: ab wahi toh pata lagana hai mujhe..
Bindu: koi baat nahi karthik.. hum sab log ek baar ghar mein check karhi lete hai..
Karthik: theek hai bindi di..

And all of them scatter in the house in the quest of aniket but none found him..

pyaare: karthik ji.. lagta hai kisine aapke saath firki lene ki koshik ki hai.
Hema: ha ha waisa hi hua hoga..
Bindu: karthik tum jaao, aur jaake aaram karo.. agar hum mein se kisiko bhi kuch gadbad lagi toh we'll call you.
Karthik: ha bindu di. Aap sab log theek keh rahe honge.. but plz be careful and be aware.

He turned to leave but stopped to ask "aap log nahi aarahe?"

Bindu: tum toh jaante ho karthik.. mujhe survi kitni nafrat hai, mein toh waha uske saath ek hi ghar mein reh nahi sakti.. aur jab se kishor gaye hai tab se mujhe waha mann hi nahi lag raha. Toh yahi reh lungi..
Karthik: par bindu di.. aise aap kab tak,,
Bindu: please karthik, atleast kuch din aur,, aur yeh dono bhi rahenge nah mera khayal rakhne keliye Pyaar: ha ha hum haina..
Hema: ha mein bhi.

Karthik signed " theek hai par khayal rakhiye apna.. " and saying so he left from there to his house.

And as soon as karthik left the three of them heaved a sign of relief.

Pyaar: baal baal bach gaye!!
Hema: haa wahi toh. agar karthik ko aniket milgaya hota toh pata nahi kya hojata. Bindu:shukar manao aisa kuch nahi hua, par ani hai kaha par?!

She looked around but found nothing as pyaate smiled as said "humne aniket ko aisi jagah chupaya hai,, ki kisiko bhanak tak nahi lagegi"

Pyaare smiled as bindu and hema looked confused..

#basement#
Pyaare guided bindu inside as hema followed the duo..

It was all dark there.. corners and some parts of the room, covered with spider webs. Materials like trashed households were covered with white clothes which had become dirty with dust, No lights were litted. The only source for the light and air to enter was the exhaust fan that was fitted outer side of that room's wall...

And in center of that room a chair was placed and there sat aniket on a chair tide with ropes and a clothe in his mouth to prevent him from screeming..



pyaare, bindu and hema entered the basement carefully avoiding obstacles their way.



Bindu felt bad seeing her baby bro in such condition which was made by none other than their own mother who makes promises that she loved them to infinity. Bindu then shrugged off the feeling and asked them "ab aage ka kya plan hai?"



"Plan toh wahi hoga na jo mein banaungi.." this sudden voice startled them and they turned around only to see tayi standing there with a evil smirk adorning her face...



Pyaare ran towards her saying "kya baat hai saasu ji !!! Tussi great ho!" And saying so he fell down joining his hands before her..
Tayi: yeh yede jyada chaploosi nahi karne ka. Utt!!


Pyaare got up smiling sheepishly...


Bindu: waise tayi.. maan na padega kya idea nikali aapne.. karthik ko toh bhanak tak nahi laga ki aniket yaha,, iss gandi si dhool bhari basement mein hosakta hai.

Tayi: aur nahi toh kya.. tayi ka plan kabhi khali nahi jaata!

Hema: pan tayi,,agar karthik ko phirse kisine batadiya ki yeh issi ghar ke basement mein hai.. toh??

Bindu: ha tayi.. abhi keliye baat toh tal gayi par agar agli baar karthik ko basement cheak karne rok toh nahi sakte na..

Pyaare: bindu ji sahi keh rahi hai saasu ji..

Tayi: uske liye koi na koi tareeka toh doond hi legi mein. Par usse pehle hume yeh pata lagana hoga ki kisme itni himmat aagayi ki tayi se takkar le.. aakhir yeh Mr.India hai kon!



All agreed with tayi's statement and pyaare was about to say something when he's eyes caught someone behind the curtains' of window that was at the distant wall..

He concentrated more to find out who was it when his eyes widened in shock. It was kishore again!! "Ss..s...uuu...s..aasu" he fumbled as all were dispersing from the basememt on tayi's order. Tayi turned behind to find pyaare shivering and sweating profusely..


Tayi asked bindu and hema to go and that she'll be comming soon, who followed what tayi asked them to do.

And after both hema and bindu left, tayi went near pyaare and patted his shoulder from behind and the next moment her hands were covering her ears as pyaare screemed out loud.


Tayi: abe yeh yede!! Itna kaiko chilla raha hai??!

Pyaare still shivering & sweating fumbled "saasu ji woh.. wo..woh.. ki, kiii.. ki.."


Tayi: chup!!! Yeh bandhar ki tarah khi-khi-khi-khi kya kar raha hai?!

Pyaare: arre saasu ji.. bandhar nahi woh woh kishore...

Tayi: yeh ab tu phirse chaalu mat hona re. Chal ab yaha se..

Pyaare: arre par mein sach keh raha hu woh ab bhi wahi hai.. waha dekhiye..


He indicated his fore finger where he spotted kishore first, but when they saw in the same place no one was there except the waving white curtain.. tayi huffed in irritation.


Tayi: kaha dikh raha tereko kishore?! Mereko toh dikh nahi raha,, ya meri aankhen kharab hogayi.. dikha na.. kaha hai?

Pyaare: mein sach keh raha hu saasu ji.. kishor abhi wahi tha..par pata nahi..


Tayi's anger raised and she caught pyaare's neck as she said "yeh pyaare..!! Agli baar se kishore ka naam apni zabaan pe bhi laaya na.. toh tereko idaricch gaad degi mein..! Samjha na!! Chya aayila. chal abhi.."



Tayi walked out of the basement leaving a frightened and confused pyaare behind.
Pyaare after giving a last look at the curtains' rushed out immediately out of fear..
