Guys, don't u think karthik is shown confused from head to toe. He hates her and yet feels for her. Then the party, aisi bhi kya nafrat ki pl pl ghadi ko dekhte raho. Then when she stepped in he literally had a smile on his face.. and in front of whole party he was approaching her absentmindedly. Then Karishma Tanna Ji broker bnkr in dono ki setting krane lg gyi. Use in dono ko dekhkr hi pta chl gya ki love problem hai or gana bhi sahi tha (dilbar ki fitrat mein dhokha bhi hai or chahat bhi). Bdw I m sure this Karthik suffers from Survi complex, haath pakadkr paas kheech liya or baad mein use apne arms k beech deewar she pin kr diya. He just had to give her a dress na, uske liya go itna close kyu aaya as if to kiss her types. ( pehle bhi he hadcaged her bw his arms when she had pointed to his drinking). The BG song was so passionate and u know that types then the looks he was giving her. He was literally drinking her from his eyes from toe to head. Kya poori party mein kisi be karthik ko survi ko corner krte hue nhi dekha. kiya toh usne open corridor mein hi tha. And the last thing, that new promo use jaatwe hue dekhkr vo RHA hai. This karthik needs to decide ek time PR nafrat ya mohabbat ...yahan toh dono ka remix hai...ye karthik toh mere beast karthik she bhi jyada confused hai

I think that even Karthik was seeing the dream coz it was being seen from his point of view also

May be the CVS wanted to play with Karthik's character so made him a little confused 😉 . Yeah ! Really you have said it right. One moment he is looking for survi like the old karthik and the next second he remembers that aai falling from terrace scene.
I just hope that the new promo does some justice with his character. I want him to realise at least some of his misdeeds even if not all.
