those were days ! Even when the episode was okayish, masti hoti thi yaar! I know the frustration is real but I guess even you don't agree on everything that you have written At least this was not the case in first 200 episodes....we really had an amazing mishbir story , yunhi hum fans nahi bane !
Important characters are introduced in the later part like mishti abir and meenu...the 3 of them had most screen time and dhaasu entries....mishti's the girl next door with a badass attitude...banjara poet abir and sitar ke saath sassy meenu ⭐️ even mishbir love story chunks started from day 1 with their emotional strange meet creating such an emotional impact on each other without really seeing each other 😳 ketki's marriage became a foundation for mishbir friendship to start
Mishti's dilemma to accept the accept the rishta and her confusion on whether to see kuhu's pain or Badima's advice.....
Her courage and strength to come up with the idea of courtship and getting it accepted by everyone
Her struggle to manage with kunal, trying to keep up but feeling they something is missing
Her growing friendship with abir and wanting to do something with the job , her attempt to way out for her friend and save the painting from fire , the attempt by her friend to teach her to be a little open and accepting about life and future.
Abir slowly falling in love with mishti , the Nok jhok phase turns serious once he makes her painting, and then his regret that it's all too late and probably some love stories are meant to die
The chasma sequence which is one of my absolute favourite ! The girl stood for herself, her body , her choice and abir was head over heels smitten by that quality which actually made it so difficult for him to drift apart but accepting his fate he moved on thinking mishti will never accept him and he might even lose a friend in her unless he finds her diary that indicates the good things he did on behalf of kunal which were actually liked by mishti
When things start falling in place abir comes back but mishti nevertheless gets the courage to break the rishta where she feels neither she nor kunal were really interested , she also expresses her disappointment with abir for keeping few secrets, she felt misguided and cheated.
Nevertheless life moves on, mishbir start working again , the champaner trip makes them friends again , or not than at least they come on good terms...best part of the track was abir becoming all gullible seeing sapan hit mishti, the scary part that he will lose her just shows how deep his love had become by then ...we can feel such depth in PTSD track again where he is scared to lose her
The kuku shaadi phase is one of my fav , not cuz its kuku shaadi but because it was mishbir friendship to courting phase to confession phase, they didn't realise when they fell in love while setting up kuku, Cinderella shoe , coffee sequence , painting vali kaun hai , the pub scene and the car scene , the 2 days to go mehendi thereafter ....the love was blooming all over the place ....
The failed attempt of confession, again her insecurities were triggered and she fell in the track, but the track was a winning one cuz abir never let the trust that he had on her go....it was the best airport confession not to forget the amazing temple meet .... !! One thing was established then that they really want to be together and they will fight for it
Mumbai trip become the foundation for being emotionally psychologically and physically coming closer ....with the first romantic shower sequence ending up abir carefully saying he is sorry in case he made her feel uncontrollable....to the first nanko abir fight mishti witnessed and realised how things aren't going to be easy for her in rajvansh house to abir discussing how he feels the void due to baba and mishti promising him to help him find baba ....oops I forgot main pareshan sequence.
The baba track bought out mishti's abandonment issues in front where she was really scared to lose abir, one side he wanted to protect him on other side she was scared she would lose him seeing the love he had developed for baba, she tried whatever she could , it was her mistake she trusted a wrong person over the love of his life and it was abir's mistake he took a big decision for his relationship in pressure, they felt love is as fragrant as a rose but certainly forgot that roses are surrounded by thorns too and it was their time to face the thorns .....giving up on destiny they part ways on a very bitter but passionate note leaving memories and memories for each other to cherish.....mishti lost abir and abir lost himself. The best part was abir knew mishti wasn't at fault , it was not a misunderstanding , it was a loss of hope against destiny.
But just like abir never lost his trust on mishti during kuku haldi , mishti did the same and came back from london ....being very gullible and vulnerable she did what her friend suggested her not being aware that her friend isn't that mature ....things were working fine but life took a messy turn when a birth secret was revealed in an an accident, series of misunderstandings changed everything between them again ....Abir who was already lost in shades slowly started coming back to form after seeing mishti but the latest misunderstanding pushed him into darker shades ....mishti's struggles were lost , some emotional black mailing , misplaced love of her friend and forced decisions made her drift away into a dark zone herself...abir had lost the remote control of his life while mishti decided to hand it over to bade papa.....again a chance lost
But life keeps giving chances....misunderstandings take time to clear up ....with things slowly falling place, dealing with all the hurdles in between, abir managed to convey his apologies and real reason behind break up with mishti and is now ready to take up the responsibility...all this lead to a passionate patch up too but things went too far by the time they rekindled ......nevertheless, true love finds the way, abir getting lost worked as a blessing in disguise as that became a trigger for mishti to break from all the bonds and find her love, her like abir !!
For me the story really ended there, first 200 episodes were gold ⭐️ And it was definitely a mishbir centric story
Enjoyed the story pre lockdown too as it focused on a slow progression to MA story post marriage, there were many cute scenes but that's the truth that AM relation didn't develop on a massive level on many grounds, it just crumbling...the relationship never developed much on emotional psychological romantic level.
I won't comment on varun track , honestly it's true on many levels that the focus was on mishbir , but the negative side was always overpowering cuz of lack of moslty positive characters like naanu jugnu BP BM kunal , the lack of balance of positive and negative , abir not using his brain enough and mishti sympathising for molester's family were a bit out of character, insensitivity towards dealing with PTSD and the butchered rushed ending spoiled it for all , the track was only enjoyable because of performances , writing was absolutely weak
Surrogacy track no comments, as they butchered every character in the show....pregnancy became a national news to debate and every involvement made it a big mess....with kuhu definitely topping the charts of dirty games.
All I want to say is , mishbir really got an amazing story in every track but the track after marriage didn't do much justice to them so to say that entire story or series was not mishbir centric was kind a incorrect statement, at least for me 😛

I know that 😆 That's why I said i can understand the frustration..myself dealing with some things and ideologies since a year now and I haven't really figured out what's the right way to deal with it , but haan this place has really taught me on how to enter into a good debate 😆 so I do understand, sometimes ignorance is bliss and sometimes we need to let it out...but I felt I should put this out cuz I felt you were frustrated that now kuhu's got more screenspace and the way u wrote gave me an impression that you felt the same from the very beginning, which was not really the case for the longest of time.
