Did Mishti fight today?

Yet to see the episode, but like Uru, diya and I are saying; Abir is not wrong in his intention or goal - but haan, the way he is trying to approach it is not working. He is trying to reach othe root problem of the sisters, and get the sisters to move on from the magazine issue and actually hit the bottom of their problems - he just wants Mishti to express clearly to Kuhu, to BP, BM to everyone what is that it is stopping the sisters from bonding. Mishti has that comfort level with Abir to complain about Kuhu, but Abir wants her feelings to come out to Kuhu and the rest of the family. He is not asking Mishti to forgive Kuhu, or apologise, he just wants her to ignore Kuhu, but he is failing to understand that Mishti has been doing exactly that for way too long now, she is fed up. But then I think, maybe that's what Abir wants, he wants Mishti to get out the burden on her chest, let it the badhaas out - because it's time the mah family realise how much Kuhu's behaviour has affected Mishti.

Right now though, I too am confused on what the writers are trying to say through Abir, he is making a few contradicting statements. But I still don't think his character is ruined. Abir is confused, he is lost, he doesn't know how to help solve, but neither can he stand by and leave it alone. Only one thing is bothering me - why is staying adamant on not returning to RV house. I don't know how that is going to help anything forward.

Better to just wait and see what Abir is doing. Maybe he already senses that BB had something to do with the magazine mix-up?

Am going to read this again and convince myself again .

Atleast once - just for once tell the other party that she's at fault - atleast today for just blaming mishti like always

Tell mishti that they are hoping her to be the one to give in as they have hopes only on her

Can't i expect this much ??? am ready to bear any sh..... thrown on my face

Mishti & abir argued due to the fact that instead of she trying to state the facts , she lied

Ok, so the episode was building up well and MishBir's last conversation was just making sense to me when Abir undid all of it with his last statement, which made absolutely NO sense to me.

To paraphrase: Mish is scared that Abir will leave her and that her foster parents are only doing a favour by loving her and will she become petty/small if she doesn't react to Kuhu's ridiculous tamashas? Where the hell is the continuity or logic? I thought Abir understood from BM talks that Mishti used to bear everything since she was scared Mahs might oust her. The logical ending to his dialogue should have been-and therefore she shoudn't be scared of speaking up not just to fight and aggravate the issue but to sort it out at the same time/have a reasonable argument (which is exactly what Mishti always tries for in the beginning but it never works out with Kuhu).

It's sad that Abir didn't realise any of this or he used to earlier when the show was still awesome. Infact Abir was being very petty when he said that he can't expect her to be a parent when she herself is a kid. I wanted to hit him out of frustration when he said both those lines. Feel like the ending of this track would be Mishti swallowing her pride and begging everybody for forgiveness.

1 Abir is not expecting them to sort their issues in one day, he is expecting them to be cordial. Mishti and Kuhu were cordial, weren't they?

2 When Mishti promised Abir that she won't fight with Kuhu, Abir said something about Mishti feeling small in front of Kuhu, if she doesn't reply to Kuhu's taunts

BP said both Kuhu and Mishti are fighting

I just want to know did Mishti fight? Isn't she doing what Abir and BP are expecting from her? She didn't reply back or fought with Kuhu

Shouldn't they focus on what Kuhu did?

Abir knows that Kuhu will fight with Mishti so he went to instigate Kuhu, you know the problem then why not take care of it, The problem from Mishti's end is over, right? She didn't fight with Kuhu

How can Mishti control Kuhu?

They should have exchanged the couples before marriage only then. I don't think ITV viewers are ready for wife swap.😡😡😡😡😡😡
I am so so so mad with the episode and this downward spiral that the show has entered.

On a serious note, this is a complicated situation and confusing family dynamic. Abir is still coming to understand how awful the sister's relationship is. It's not just about silly fights and blame-game.

1.Yes he knows Kuhu was behind the email fiasco.

But does he know the real reason why Kuhu did it? NO.

Remember the talk he had with Kuhu after kuku divorce sach came out. He asks her, what made you give into Kunal's demand with sending the emails? Kuhu doesn't say explain clearly as to why.

Abir doesn't know that Kuhu not only did the email khaand because Kunal told her to, but because Kuhu also wanted to make the whole family against Mishti. She enjoys that feeling of satisfaction when Mishti gets in trouble.

2.Yes he knows Kuhu 'accidentally' spilled pills into the coffee

But does he know Kuhu's real intentions? NO.

He is still yet to learn that out of everyone in the RV house, Kuhu wasn't worried if Mishti drank the spike coffee. Infact she was hoping that if she had to choose anyone in the house, then Mishti should be the victim; because that would ultimately help her goal - doing the shivratri pooja and Mishti getting a bad name.

3. Abir knows about Kuhu demanding for shaadi mandap.

But does he know her demands to Mishti privately in their room. NO

He doesn't know Kuhu was indifferent to Mishti and Abir's marriage. She literally did not give a damn, had no concern whether Mishti got married that day or not. And so demanded to be the first one to get married.

4. Various insults that Kuhu throws at Mishti.

Abir hasn't even seen the tip of iceberg of things that Kuhu has taunted, insulted and hurt Mishti for. All he has seen and witnessed is, Kuhu blaming Mishti for this, for that, Mishti is attention-chor, she can't see me happy etc etc.

He has never heard Kuhu say - 'Mishti is a rescue puppy', 'Mishti is not wanted by anyone', 'Mishti is just like her papa Naman'

Plus Abir by now, knows and understands that Mishti's method of dealing with Kuhu - scolding or fighting back, or even brushing things under the carpet will not change Kuhu. The only way to change Kuhu, is to dig deep to her problems and uproot them, the only way to do that is to get Mishti to dig deep to her problems too. It's not Abir's responsibility to get Kuhu to dig deep, that is Kunal, Varsha and BP's job.

I don't know, i too am overwhelmed and lost. Maybe watching the episodes properly will get me a better idea.

I agree.

They all want mishti to apparently not fight with kuhu so next time when kuhu starts spitting venom against mishti.. she should tell her... 1 second kuhu.. let me put on my headphones.. you continue... so that I won’t fight... and hang on ... abir n BP.. hopefully it will now go in your thick heads that I am not fighting.. and mishti should continue listening to music.. let these Dodos handle the situation
