I mostly read spiritual or psychological stuff , these days I am reading the power of habit by Charles duhigg....its all about how some habits are good/ bad, how habits look good but then they are bad and vice versa , the neurology behind creating and developing a habit, how some habits are accidental, basically how habits infact our life and how our habits can break or make our life and how can we control our habits instead of our habits controlling us and how can we enter the process of transformation by improving our psychology...😳
