What Mishti made was a mistake ...

What Kuhu did/does are crimes ..Spiking drinks and pushing off a person are no child's act..

She blamed herself for all the mistakes you mentioned above and asked sorry to each and everyone, for her stupid decisions. She also got punished because of this, almost losing her love, almost losing her family and she's still getting punished for it from a human called jasmeet aunty

Kuhu always try to justify her act, always, why I did this, should have not done, these are the self talk she has with her. After committing CRIME not mistakes, crime for 2 times, she's not at all guilty for what she did to mishti.

Mishti had felt guilty during divorce drama and came clean in front of everyone , I don't remember kuhu doing any of that.

The majority will not be abir to relate with kuhu until and unless she comes clean, she is actually going to badmouth mishti in front of abir then why should we understand her like we understand mishti.

Can n we all decide on one standard for the two and maybe all characters? Because if spiking a drink is wrong, it should be considered wrong in each and every case, be it Kuhu spiking Abir's coffee or Abir spiking Kunal's coffee during last Holi. A crime is a crime no matter the intent.

Hey aqua, I just wanted to tell u here something..in matter of law, the intent matters. If that is not the case, then every murderer will get same punishment for killing a person. Court always checks the intention whether the killing was in self defence or planned and intentionally done.

Okay, I wanted to say this before but I forgot: we all like different characters and different relationships in the show for whatever reasons. Some like the actors, some relate to the characters and so on. It doesn't put us on different teams. We're all here for good storytelling. Well, atleast I am.

Also, on behalf of Kuhu stans, let me say this once and for all, we have never not admitted Kuhu's mistakes and definitely not forgotten anything. We just don't make posts discussing it because we don't need to since someone is already there first. Second thing, we haven't made posts pointing out Mishti's mistakes either. From my experience on this forum and the KuKu AT, I have only seen the members of the AT discuss all characters on a spectrum rather than paint them as black and white and keep repeating a characters' mistake over and over again. Don't mean to imply that members of MishBir AT do and frankly, I wouldn't know even if they did because since the leap (NishMish attack to be exact), MishBir stopped being interesting for me. I try to read up on opinions on the general posts but as I have mentioned multiple times, it comes to having to choose a particular side and defend a character. I can like two characters for completely different reasons and still point out their mistakes.

I completely agree that Mishti never blames other people and I had never said that in my original post. I agree that Kuhu's Mishti jaap is annoying and if you wish to check the KuKu AT, you'll find that no one likes it. We just don't post it on the forum and also, never defend those actions either. And if anyone does mention it, we don't start pointing the finger at Mishti like Kuhu does and weirdly and sadly what Mishti fans do. Refer any post on the forum if you like. Because of this, most of the people have stopped expressing their views on the main forum and just stick to the KuKu AT where nobody talks about Mishti until and unless need be because if you dare to say anything about Mishti, it suddenly becomes a war zone. Why??? She's a fictional character, for god's sake.

I think it's safe to say that everyone agrees that Kuhu made mistakes(intentional/unintentional), she was shown cursing herself after committing them in private and blaming Mishti for it in public. We all agree!

The problem here is being reminded of it over and over again when someone decides to discuss Mishti. Nobody is trying to demean Mishti or any character for that matter but can we not discuss the things that Mishti does or only people who like MishBir and Mishti are allowed to do that??

she cant even see kunal supporting mishti... so i couldnt connect to her after that...

everyone does their set of mistakes but cant ignore kuhu and her ways...

i know kuku AT and discusions in it... how many times mishti tagged as maahan in sacarstic way and how she mishti is blamed i seen in AT 1 but never reported because its your POV...

but some of ur AT members will blindly support kuhu... i can say that AT only belongs to kuhu not even kunal...

Hi Ruhi! I know you've been to the AT a couple of times. I remember posting a welcome message.

We tried to tell you then also that nobody was demeaning Mishti but rather discussing the reasons behind both Kuhu and Mishti's behaviour. I don't think I am allowed to say anything more or even this much because of the rules about not discussing forum topics in ATs and vice versa so I'll stop here only.

Also, last point, the track at the time was focussed on Kuhu like it is now and Kunal had technically no role to play as is happening now. And we don't have the luxury of getting a KuKu scene in every episode or even in every week so things are discussed as such.

For a moment there, I thought is the TM even talking about the show I watch and like?!🤣Such skewered and convenient remembrance of half the story...

How can a female lead be wrong? no, she owns up and asks for forgiveness immediately or when she had a think over.

Never once have I seen her keep quiet and get other people in trouble....never had she done something that if it gone just a shade more someone could have died...never have I seen her deliberately snatch something from another knowing it is theirs....well I can go on and on but the thing is :

Now coming to the other character, who I shan't name because well...I don't want to get people's blood pressure rising but her name starts with K 😆😉

But at the moment her actions rub with the heroine's and provide conflict...their growth arc is closely intertwined and interestingly they have both been given the same beginning so comparisons can be made (like here...do you all realise you are giving the writers so much joy?!). So she is shown as more grey and in recent episodes shown to be black at times...but there is hope, she does feel sad/guilty/terrified...but is it enough to redeem her? just bear few more episodes, it is heading for a revelation...they want us glued and we are.

I don't want to turn this into another endless discussion. As I mentioned in my post 'Symbolism..;' etc that this is a fictional show. We can all choose to love different characters - because, here it is, we all see something of ourselves in that character and we instantly connect - and still enjoy the show, discuss the story without resorting to verbal punches and pulling of hair!🤣

And just like real life, in fictional as well, if you own up then people forgive and forget very easily. But if you brood and sulk and keep bringing past events up, people start moving the moment you enter the room....

I think it's best to stop this Mishti v/s Kuhu debate unless we are able to rise above our favorites, what's the point of two ATs debating!

Let's be real. With all due respect and I am including myself when I say this, AT fans come with highly set mindset, so it is nearly impossible for them to be neutral and not side with their favorites. Nothing wrong in thinking we are discussing the story/characters impartially, but then we are not being completely honest with ourselves.

Once in a while there are posts on the forum where the viewer is completely neutral and they make for an interesting read, but even then often times they are not able to present an accurate point of view because those viewers are mostly detached viewers who generally catch up with the show and follow the story, but not necessarily watch every episode to know the finer details or have an accurate account of what the characters are really going through daily.

I just see this debate bringing nothing but reporting, warning PMs and everyone ruining their mood.
