That is actually not true dear. High temperatures will lower the spread rate but won't actually kill COVID-19 virus.

Also, there is absolutely no cure for virus. And that's why we shouldn't take any medicine for virus born illnesses like common cold, flu, and even this Corona.

We can take painkillers just to fend of temperature or to feel better in case if we catch the virus, but nothing is going to work against catching it besides avoiding crowds, washing hands frequently and avoid touching any part of the face.

Piya if you watch the precap carefully, almost at the end when Kuhu says wife ka kaam hi hota hai to badha chadhake bolna, you can see him clench his jaw - it's not very pronounced but it's there...
