Hi guys I am back, only because I want to be part of the discussion over here, but still not watching full episodes.
My pointer on todays episode.
1. Hated the almost vamp look Kuhu had today during MishKu scenes 👎🏼. I salute Kaveri for putting up with this, I am sure she is equally disappointed with how her character has been ruined, given that she showed a splendid growth.
The reason I still can't hate Kuhu is because she is acting so much out of character, her dialogues are 👎🏼. To me this is like a writer's Kuhu who want hatred for her, but for me Kuhu will always be the one who handled all the relations so well, except Mishti. I cannot at all watch Mishti and Kuhu scenes, thinking that this is Kuhu.
Now coming to the KuKu scene, (yeah there was one). What I got from the scene.
The Convenient Wife - Kuhu Kunal Rajvansh (this is strictly looking at Kuhu's character as a type of wife she has been). Even though Kunal wants to be the #perfecthusband, he has made zero efforts. He acts so annoyed at Kuhu's dislike for Mishti, which surprises me because he was the first one Kuhu shared her feelings with. Yet he is not able to spend 5 minutes talking to Kuhu, understand where her insecurities are coming from and why Mishti has taken over her mind.
Given that, I realized that Kunal is not acting out of character, he can't change just because he said he wants to. He only puts efforts in certain relationships, especially the ones that Abir wants.
Evidence #1- Abir pushing him towards Parul Massi, Kunal obliged.
Evidence #2- Mishti, now that Abir and Mishti are married and Kunal realizes her importance in Abir's life.
Evidence# 3 (some of you might disagree)- The reason Kunal hasn't shown much effort in KuKu relationship is because Abir hasn't pushed him (at least not enough). I mean Abir has always kind of let Kunal off when it comes to Kuhu and his relationship. He never had an outburst on Kunal when he found out that he married Kuhu to break Mishbir. I mean come on Abir has slapped Kunal for saying bad things to Mishti, yet whenever KuKu's loveless marriage was brought up, he kind of brushed it off or haven't had a real conversation with Kunal. Even the haldi ceremony it wasn't a conversation on what has happened it was just like oh you don't want Kuhu to go, well lets act on this plan. He didn't even let Kunal express on why he wanted Kuhu to stay back, he just assumed Kunal has fallen love with her, WRONG. To me it seems Abir again rushed to assumptions and Kunal without thinking acted on the plan. Does this mean that I want Abir to meddle between KuKu, NO not at all. I want the FL and ML to leave them alone, in all of their relationships and decisions.
When Kunal was upset with Abir during the pooja last year. Kuhu went to console him. When Abir was MIA, Kuhu went to assure him the "I am not a cheater scene". Now that Kuhu is unsure and emotionally unstable Kunal treats her as if she is a child throwing a tantrum. When Kunal found out the truth, Kuhu re-assured him that she understood what he was going through. What did Kunal do, tell her that she can't understand his feelings, like really?
Kunal's dialogues weren't the best. I hated how he further secured Kuhu's insecurity by sleeping on the couch and tell her that now she has another reason to hate Mishti
. Kunal does not love Kuhu, he loved the idea of her as a bahu, a person who keeps his family happy. Now that her dark side is coming out Kunal just disregards it.
I dislike Kuhu for putting her Mishti blinders on, she is justifying everyone's action in her life by saying that "yeh sab Mishiti ki wajah se", but once she takes this blinder off, she will realize that people are who they are without Mishti's influence. Kunal is not the hero she is waiting for. Meenu is not Varsha, Jasmeet is not looking out for her. She will never be a priority for BM or BP.
All in all we need #Kuku separation, I need to see Kunal pine for Kuhu, I need to see him think through his actions. Unless this happens I will not believe Kunal is in love with Kuhu Maheswari, he is love with Kuhu Rajvansh,
Phew, spent so much time on these characters and writers don't even care about them and use them as pawns.
