Free advice from an anxiety patient. Switch off notifications that you're not ready to deal with. Open the app at your own time because mental health is top priority. My WA notifications are always off. I switched it on in between thinking ki I can handle it now. Never been so wrong. This is probably the reason I don't have the IF app because this is basically all of us messaging over a forum.

Yes 🥺Maybe this is why I find it hard to forget what Kuhu went through. It nearly destroyed her and for the show to forget it doesn't sit right with me.

I cried for that scene 😭 I mean how her heart broke Till then he was pretending to be good with her and her family, danced and was on a timeout too and all of a sudden he just broke her down.

The other scene where I cried was the hospital scene when BP calls and asks her about Mishti and she thinks "My family doesn't care about me, why will Kunal?"

Oh yeah, that hospital scene was heartbreaking too. That reminds me, why don't they ever follow up on these scenes? There has never been a scene with the Maheshwaris reassuring Kuhu. IDK if we will ever get one.

My heart sunk when she lost her balance and the crowd had to support her. Imagine feeling so let down that you can't hold yourself up.
