She was right when she said that Mishti is not right for Nishant. She is still in love with Abir.

Nishant needs a girl who loves him with full heart and looks after him since he needs that care...

Since Nannu have tendency for addiction, Mishti also now falls under his addictions. He really thinks he needs Mishti, just like he did with drugs during his addiction. What he thinks is love for Mishti, might be a reflection of his addiction and he might not actually be in love and may realize that later.

He definitely needs some counselling...

Mini see its not disease but a serious issue which is connected to his addiction... today he faked it tomorrow he can actually take drug due to this anxiety... both are interconnected in his case.. and mish cant keep babysitting him like you said... its not like bad thing but it will spoil everyone's life.. they cant live in the fear of what he will do every second... he needs counselling proper rehab for all this before they can think of his marriage..
