haan but the way ritvik said i felt this is highly possible.. maybe like you said he will knew it maybe he hears mishbir talking when abir explains everything to mish and his alone breakdown... possible hai..

Actually in today's episode, for the first time for Kunal, it was a matter of choice.... otherwise, when it came to his Bhai, without hesitation, every time, it was bhai for him and on one else - it was never a question of choice for him!

Today, He hesitated to leave Kuhu and go to see his Bhai who supposedly spent the night in some ditch and had to be rescued...

First time, Kunal considered it as a choice between Bhai and someone else... Kuhu! She is starting to occupy a part of his heart where only Bhai resides till now!

Now he will understand that you can love more than one person and when that happens how impossible it is to choose between two people who you love dearly...

So indeed Kunal will now begin the journey to truly understand his brother on an emotional level and not just say it!

Still haven’t watched the episode but looks like that’s a start for Kunal. This realization was necessary for him to think from Abir’s perspective. After this realization it’ll be even more heartbreaking for him to know what Abir sacrificed for HIM. From the segments it’s clear that he’ll now help Mishbir to get back together... let’s see how it will all unfold.
