Even though they don’t go much to work, but I assume they are financially independent.🤣 Even if Meenu throws Kunal out, I am sure he will be able earn and feed himself at least. So the next threat ? Business ? Mishti can’t be a threat to business. Our heroines don’t earn. They are mostly involved in household politics and if need arises or the family business is sinking, they miraculously become the most smart entrepreneur of the world and save the ship which even the experienced professionals can’t do.😆 After they have done this, they are back to their games in the home.. Male leads are no less but at least they do have a tag of being the finest businessman in the country without even working for two hours a day.. 🥳

Talking about the threat that Mishti can brainwash Abir to move away from the family, from her and Kunal and bla bla bla. Mishti has proven that she is no threat to even their joint family institution. Even if a day comes when Meenu herself asks Abir to get out of the house or even throws him out of the house, Mishti is the girl who will bring him back. Abir sticking to Meenu has more chances if Mishti sticks to Abir😆. Otherwise Abir will be ‘ud chala’ from the house and going by Meenu’s track record she will not be able to stop him. 😆

In her hatred towards Mishti which actually makes no sense, she has ended up exposing her own secret regarding Kunal’s birth secret. Had this been a lil realistic scenario, blackmailing Abir would have sealed the relationship between the mother - son duo, considering the extent she can go just because her son has fallen in love with a girl.. I know this is a show, and Abir and his mother will reconcile at this point of time. Who knows, Mishti herself might do this, but somethings, some actions and some words are irreversible in life. This level of blackmailing, arm twisting and manipulations can leave a deep scar in the mind of Abir that practically at least practically (not by the logic of ITV) will be impossible to remove, no matter how hard Meenu tries in the future.

If Meenu’s problem is as cliche as the problem of many parents on ITV, as well as in real lives, that how can my child chose his/her life partner without my approval , well then, Meenu is living in a fool’s paradise. No one in this age and time will tolerate the kinds of things Meenu has done to Mishti and her family.

Meenu has a perfect package in Mishti. Even if I see this from a perspective of a cunning, manipulative and calculative person, Mishti is the perfect person to put ur bids on. There is no guarantee with ‘ud chala’ Abir and ‘confused about life’ Kunal. In fact the perfect thing to do would have been to adopt Mishti and give up Abir. This way she would have been able to keep everyone right under her umbrella be it Mishti or Abir. But alas the so called manipulative Meenu dug her own grave blackmailing Abir and fell deep into it. Foolish woman. She is such blot in the name of manipulation... 😆

Perfect.. Serial is running due to Big Ben manipulations, let's see how long they keep this.

I think Meenu is hiding some BIG secret -other than Mehul-Kunal, may be her past is darker than what we thought so far. She fears if is Misti will be in rv house, she will dig it, too. she is afraid of her past, did not care for Kunal or parul, abir or misti - she just loves herself. she uses every one around her for her benefit only.

If Meenu thought about things practically like normal people then there would be no show for us to watch.

I think she doesn’t like the control Mishti has on Abir. Throughout the Baba track, everyone kept repeating that only Mishti can stop Abir from moving out, Abir only listens to Mishti etc. Imagine, how it would feel for a control freak like Meenu who could never control Abir till now.

Also, she will never be able to control Mishti. Mishti is never going to be someone who is just “seen and not heard”!

ABI tk epi ni Dekha by Aisa lag Raha hai Kaisa Kuch mar sa gaya ho..10 years ago I'd have been utterly depressed by this par ab thodi c mature hu,to breakups badi aam c cheez Lagti hai

Namesake to naam duba gayi....samajdaar Hoti to as u siad would have kept mishti close baaki sab Uske under me rehte...finally about was happy with him...kon sa keeda kaat gaya

The thing with them is that they want to write a grey character but the ITV standards, constraint them to do so. At last, they end up writing characters that are either white or black. The things Meenu has done is that of a villain. No amount of Mehul’s deed can whitewash her. Her actions are that of her own. Par writers ko kaun samjhaye. They will make her do things that are totally negative and damaging to even her loved ones but will claim her to be just a woman with a mother’s heart. I am sure she will cry saying that she did all this for Abir and her parivar ki Bhalai..

A strong villain or a well written grey character is also very enjoyable for the audience... ek baar likh ke toh dekho.. I have seen so many Korean shows and at times there are characters, parallel love stories, that audience end up loving even more than the leads.. 😆

Meenu is like a foolish typical ITV Saas packaged as a super intelligent and manipulative woman and the character is sold to us as “Maa”😕

I totally agree with each and every point of yours. BigBen is foolish and dumb. Like her previous plans this one will also take her to nowhere.

It's just her ego which was brutally murdered by Mishti and Badepapa. That's why she is doing all this to take revenge. She wanted to reject Mishti,but Mishti only rejected Kunal.She wanted to humiliate Badepapa by Kuku's fake marriage,that also didn't happen. Abir gave her ultimatum that coz of Mishti he will leave the house. Parul maasi also threaten her during Kuku's marriage. Mehul also did the same thing. Toh bichari darr gaye hei. soch rahi hei ab kuch naa karoon toh sab kuch chala jayega hath se. Ishliye woh chun chun ke badla lerahi hei. 😆

That’s why I was thinking , had Meenu been a smart woman, she would have kept Mishti in the house on her side. Rest everyone would have followed some way or the other.. No wonder even Mishti is telling her ki aap apne dono bete kho dengi ek din..
