From what you have said, there are certain things that the makers haven't explained clearly yet:

If Mishti's mother remarried, why didn't she even care to check for her firstborn even once? I mean people do get remarried but they do keep in touch with their children from their previous marriages. Also, Mishti's pain is always shown to be stemming from the absence of her father rather than her mother which I find extremely odd . I get that Badi Maa was close to being a mother figure but wasn't Bade Papa the same to her as well? Then why is she so affected by her father and doesn't even bother to ever miss/ contact her mother.

Mishti's mother Karishma was never shown to be caring loving mother. And in this show they just showed that she didn't care about Mishti but only about her own life. Sadly, some parents are like that. :(

That question needs to be answered by the makers but I have a feeling that it is to do with Naman being a criminal - he was a cheat, a thief and also tried to murder Naitik, while Karishma was just selfish. So I guess the makers to explore this angle made it that mishti's pain stems from naman.

Also, why are the Maheshwaris never talking about Ananya? Doesn't Ananya ever come to visit her parental home to meet them? Also, Kuhu should be Ananya's half sister. Then doesn't Kuhu ever talk about her? Was Ananya shown to be in denial of her father's illegitimate child in YRKKH?

Again, I have no clue. Maybe they felt ananyas character isn't important here ?! But it is wierd - when they keep doing Akshara naam key jap they should atleast mention Ananya?! Atleast Varsha in passing - to explain where Ananya is.

I am not sure that Ananya even knew that kuhu is her half sister in YRKKH! my memory seems hazy at best during that track.

In addition to that, I believe Naitik should be close to Kuhu since you said that he took care of her in childhood. If that is so,why does Kuhu never talk about/to him?

Actually my mistake - Naitik didn't take care of her in childhood. He went to Thailand to bring her back to India and kept her with him until Shaurya confessed. Maybe 2-3 weeks at best. Or in serial time a couple of months. Kuhu was maybe about 5-8 years old then.

Kuhu was a child, she wouldn't remember these events.

ya naitik akshra were haveing lot of missunderstanding but not for drama sake but just in very normal and real way and issues

Not always, sadly KSG is not keeping touch with his son with Jennifer Winget.

Naman pretended to be nice with her for his own sake while Karishma didn't even care to pretend.

I still have doubts.

Well for some odd reason, 10 years ago i had decided not to watch YRKKH and once Navya replaced Tere Liye , didnt even want to see Shaheer's face, though the show was very good as per reviews. Abrupt ends did not go well then and now.

Its full circle actually, we decided to keep SP on our channel list. Started watching KZK for Parth as KYY did break stereotypes.

Shaheer's Ek cup chai got my attention and while following YRHPK, checked on KRPKAB, (it was on air as Beyhadh but never saw it).

I realised that over the years skipped very good content and failed to see that SS had such a meteoric rise.. ( knew how he looked and when he had so many fans who went oo lala about his looks, me and myself didn't even bother. The acceptance dawned very late).

Fast Forward to 2019, i am currently watching YRHPK only for Mr. Sheikh and a spin off the parent show. Got premium Hotstar subscription too.

Moral of the story, being a fangirl is not worth it. Especially those teenage years where one makes stupid decisions.
