Yeh anpadh logo ko smjha hi nahi yeh rule bhi. Even with this rule Akshara remains the criminal that she was 🤣🤣

She wasn't married to chomu during that period

Also the husband in these case had to prove that he wasn't in any near proximity with the wife to get out of responsibility. Its like if someone is abroad and his wife is pregnant toh aesa nahi hai k wahi baap banega.

Also its more like k husband will bear the responsibility of the child not like Government Documents forgery kardo ya real baap se chupa lo asli baap aake DNA proof karde toh case hoga as usual.

2. If ex bhabhi bacche ka baap badhldhe just because bhai decided to save my remaining family then i should celebrate that bacche ko papa milgaya my bhai deserved it. Mere ghar wale jaaye bhad main.

3. If bhabhi doesn't acknowledge my brother as child's father accha hua let my brother die i will have all his money and enjoy 😇
