Well, technically what Akshara and Armaan did could be called parental abduction if their partner wished to file a case against them.

In my opinion Akshara taking away her child or Armaan taking away his child thinking about child's betterment was mostly because of circumstances, fears and bad choices. Instead of fighting custody battle to attain sole custody for child's betterment, they chose to hide about existence and well-being of the child from a parent who has been in pain of loss for years, that was a crime. A bad partner isn't always a bad parent.

Akshara made a living kid dead, changed his birth certificate, forged govt documents.. it is a crime... all these just to keep abhir, she could have talked to birlas and abhimanyu and go with a joint custody, but every step she did ulta which led to custody battle and result abhimanyu won the sole custody. The dialogue of the judge on that verdict scene to have an investigation against Akshara and correcting the birth certificate is for us to understand... it is that they only highlighted the financial instability later for their story to move forward. No court or judge will hand over a kid to mother who was repeated offender.

Rohit can't decide the fate of Daksh and handover him to whoever he want, it is a crime..

Armaan actually didn't hand maira to anyone. He just take her with him... and armaan from the start seemed to have not trusting abhira with maira... by putting the baby in a cardboard box she proved his fear's correct... result he runway with the baby. At least he should have informed poddars he got the baby...

Akshara, naira, armaan and rohit were wrong when they decided for the baby... we know the result of Akshara, naira and rohit' doing.. if Armaan had not saved rohit ruhi would have divorced rohit ... now the result of armaan is there., but there is one thing court won't give kid to a irresponsible parent but we need to decide who is irresponsible. When abhira put baby in a cardboard box she proved her as irresponsible which led to kidnapping. Now armaan runaway with the kid without considering kid has a mother as well. He is irresponsible in that... So the real question is who is more irresponsible and more wrong..
