I think he will run away to find a doctor/ injection or some help. Makers can't show him running away leaving Roohi in need and by the time time he comes back baby will be born with Abhira's help

I think it reflect more on the their offscreen closeness, and dkp is capitalizing on it forgetting we don't see see Garvita & Sam in rishta but Abhira & Ruhi
