The episode begins with Poddars house bustling with activity as Armaan himself meticulously makes all arrangement for the god bharayi cum baby shower for pookie n his mother . Other family members off their help but Ar declines saying everything is already done. Daadi sa watches Ar’s obsession for his unborn child n his over zealous care n concern for the baby was affecting others adversely.
Ab is seen helping Ruhi getting dressed up in new clothes for the function and they help eachother with make up . Ruhi complains to Ab about Ar’s obsession with Pookie was getting too much and annoying her . Ab assures she will speak to him.
At Goenka mansion Manish is ashamed of the way Abhir has mistreated Charu and Kiara , he has not forgiven him . He is hesitant to visit Poddar mansion for their function for which they have been invited .mAbhir argues that they better bury their hatchets n move on and attend the function for his two sisters Ab and Ru . Manish is concerned for Kiara who will be pained tk see Abhir again.
As Poddars arrive for the function there is tension . Charu and Kiara have faceoff s Kiara still hates Charu very much . Abhir tries to get friendly with Ba naanu but Manish ignores him.
Poddar family and Goenka families get together along with neighbours and celebrate Gid bharayi ritual and Baby shower ritual . Neighbours xomp,ain about Abhira forcing herself into the ritual meant for pregnant Ruhi. Ruhi then insists that this ritual is for the would be mother n that’s Abhira , so this ritual should be for her exclusively . As Ruhi insists the ladies protest . Ruhi then fakes back ache n seeks Abhira’s help . Ruhi and Abhira end up sitting together n go thru the ritual together . Everyone gives pookie , Ab and Ru their good wishes n blessings . The families take part in singing dancing g n merriment , involve Ruhi too .
In the midst of this Ab gets a call from the doc informing Ruhi’s medicines were forgotten at the hospital , so it should be collected as she has tk start them right now from the next meal . Since everyone is busy Ab decides to collect the medicines herself . She informs Ruhi and leaves . She hikes an auto to avoid taking the car which was in the parking lot between many cars . Ar notices Ab leaving in Auto and wonders what was more important for Ab than Pookie

Ruhi accidentally reads a diary and comes to know something that’s horrible and she gets the shock . She starts getting premature pains . AbhiMaan notice Ruhi and fear the worst .
