Abhira is very worried for Ruhi and Pookie , she rushes to reach the hospital. Armaan is outside the room praying for pookie . Soon the doctor calls Ar and scolds him for giving Ruhi coffee. Ru then informs it’s not Ar’s fault , she herself took some coffee . Doc then takes her for sonogram.

Ab is on the way to the hospital when her auto has breakdown n she tries seek a lift from someone but fails . She suffered pain on her foot .
At the sonography , Ruhi and Ar hear pookie’s heart beat n get excited , they hold hands . Doc warns Ru not to consume coffee .

Ru is advised rest n diet control. She is sent home . Ar then advises Ru to be more careful ad listen to Ab’s advice . Ru accepts Ar’s words n her mistake n apologises .

Ar informs Pookie n Ru were OK , they were returning to hotel. Ab decides to return too. She gets annoyed with the auto that her broken down but now restarted when her emergency is over .

Ru n Ar remember Rohit n miss him. They share fond memories .

At P&P law firm, Charu n Anil are happy to hear Ru n pookie were ok , but feel sad that they lost an important client , Anil assures they will get more clients . Right then Sanjay and Krish arrive and inform Krish will be the one tk get more clients . Charu and Anil are annoyed with Sanjay for forcing Krish to join the firm . Charu and Anil are worried for Krish whose ambitions were to be a great dancer . Krish informs his views have changed . Krish laments that the very friends who were supporting his dancing career got him falsely accused n imprisoned. He has not decided to join the firm n follow papa’s advise.

Krish and Sanjay hug . Later Sanjay feels happy that Krish has joined the firm, he will now take over the firm from AbhiMaan .
Ab reaches home and meets Ruhi, she shows her concern but Ru reassures everybody was OK . Ru willingly consumes all the drinks … Ab specially made for her n apologises for consuming coffee despite Ab’s warning , she promises never to don again.
Ru n Ar the. Share the excitement of hearing Pookie’s first heart beats . Ab feels left out and feels upset . She makes hasty retreat with an excuse .

At Goenka mansion, Abhir is trying to contact Kiara , who is missing from home all night , when she finally returns she ignores him n continues to be in her own world excited about the lovey last night . Abhir appears concerned , while Kiara secretly feels happy she got some reaction from him.

Abhira lies on the grass and misses her pookie , she talks to him expressing her love for her unborn baby m regrets n apologises for missing out the moment of hearing his first heart beats . Soon she hears some heart beats , she rises and looks around n calls pookie . The family lights come on and flicker with the heart beats . A smiles n calls pookie . Ar appears and shares the moment with her . An is in tears as she regrets missing out on the important moment at the sonography . She feels left out n regrets coming here for the babymoon . Ar hugs her tightly n lovingly reassures their love , their beautiful marriage , their strong bonds and assures she is the best mumma and they will have beautiful future with their baby . Ab feels happy n hugs him tightly .

Ruhi watches AbhiMaan strong bonds of love n affection n feels lonely n misses Rohit . She feels depressed in her room n weeps .
