I came across one of your comments about Armaan on another post, so I’m replying here since I couldn’t find your original one.
I completely agree with your perspective! However, you mentioned that Armaan asked Abhira how she could love him because he didn’t believe he could be loved. But didn’t Ruhi love him before she got married? At that time, did he not think he deserved love? After all, at one point, he had feelings for Ruhi too.
I’m just curious because I love analyzing characters in depth. I’m not questioning Armaan’s character in a negative way—just trying to understand his mindset better.
Valid question people who are conditioned like Ar, that has low self esteem and self doubt for years, is hard to recognize genuine affection and love. Yeah Armaan loved Ru and vice versa and he never question I don't know why. Armaan see's Abhira as woman that don't need him, the girl is fighter and relentless in her pursuit of success, and can survive anything or situation. The first time Abhira told him she loved him, Armaan doubted that it's not possible but Ab thought it was cause she wasn't worth it, but it was Ar who was in shock like are you sure you love me. Abhira will never allow Armaan to fall and each time it amazes him that someone can love him so unconditional and it isn't require like a relative, and now he has Shivani
I've always like the character Armaan he stays consistent with his feelings. Armaan "love is a person who touches your soul" and that what he wanted and got his True Love
