Maybe she got heart hurt because she deserves it why:

Remember Dev was not wrong,It was Charu's insecurity.

In second time,She herself agree to marry that guy and then forced marriage drama.

Third time, It's 100 percent her mistake,Why she went away during marriage bells.

I don't think Charu ran away from the wedding. She must be in some dangerous situation.

I think the CVs will keep Charu-Abhir-Kiara love triangle alive for a while now which is supposed to be the reason to bring this twist.

Most probably, Dev Shekawat will return and Abhir who still loves Charu will feel insecure in Dev's presence.

It was her third chance.. Come what may she must have consulted with Abhir first rather than doing something on her own if incase that she ran away by herself.. If she was kidnapped I wont blame her though..

Regarding your question if Abhir-Kiara is fixed, I think only the CVs know the answer.

If Kiara is behind Charu's missing then there is a possibilty of Charu and Abhir reuniting.
