Kiara is essentially admitting to being a stalker. they could have easily quashed her testimony by saying that any sane person will run away in full speed if a person he has clearly told to stay away keeps on chipkoing with them or follows them. she was nowhere near actual accident site to claim that Abhir was speeding when crash happened. so she cannot be called a witness to the actual accident. Sanjay gets no consequences for fake report and for screaming in court and breaking decorum. The prosecutor was also doing theatrics even though his points and questions were valid. he could have said that all without so much dramatics. Armaan could have raised the issue of speeding on cctv footage too. if it caught things, surely Abhir speeding would have also been caught on camera.
