Armaan confronts Sanjay for spiking his drink n sedating him to keep him away from the court. In his absence he produces fake reports against Abhir, that he was mentally unstable . As Sanjay states he did everything that is needed to save Vidya and he will continue to do so . Kaveri supports Sanjay and accuses Ar of failing to fight for Vidya . Abhira and Armaan clash over Abhir’s fake reports , not being considerate about Abhir crippled for life because of Vidya

Manish states that they have no trust on Poddars who were using unethical means to win the case n saving criminal Vidya after destroying Abhir’s life n career . Manish pulls Abhira away saying there was nothing left to discuss , no hope for justice n honest from Poddars , Manish pulls Abhira away . Unknown to Ab, her engagement ring slips out and she walks away stepping on it . Ar picks it up n gets emotional . Sanjay gets the entire conversation recorded by the news reporters and gets it broad cast on TV .
At Goenka mansion , Abhir watches the news live on TV , he gets depressed hearing about his mental issues and he takes sleeping pills n attempts suicide . Goenkas reach just in time to rescue him with doctors help .

At Poddar house Armaan again clashes with Sanjay for the faked evidences against Abhir when they could have won the case n saved Vidya by being truthful. Sanjay and Kaveri have no faith in Armaan’s capabilities and they agree to use Sanjay’s tactics ,
Armaan is upset, in his room he is even more upset looking at Ab’s engagement ring that he feels has been discarded carelessly by her . He decides to go the same way as Phupha sa and Daadi sa .

Next day Ab is at mandir praying for her loved ones . Ar tok arrives T the same mandir to pray for his fin,y members . AbhiMaan meet at mandir and they have differences of opinion . Ar accuses Ab of not being concerned for family . Ab accuses Ar of not being concerned for crippled Abhir .

At court Mr Santosh , Abhir’s lawyer gets the best psychiatrist to state that Abhir has no mental issues and the report produced by Sanjay was fake . Ar summons his witness Kiara into the witness box .. she states how she faced Abhir’s anger issues and saw him speeding on the day of accident. Abhira is again upset that Kiara’s statements were being used against Abhir . She was earlier not in favour of using the CCTV footage evidence against Vidya but after seeing all that’s being done by Poddars she agrees to use it ,

Mr Santosh states that Sanjay’s statement that Vidya was not driving the car and was with family is false , he has cctv footage’s to prove it, the cctv footage is played and it show clearly Vidya abandoning injured unconscious Abhir on the road side n going away in her car . Sanjay accuses that the cctv footage was fake . He gets agitated and family members calm him down .
Mr Santosh then summons Vidya into witness box . Poddars are very concerned for her , on pressurising by the defence lawyer Vidya breaks down and confesses that the cctv footage is not fake n she is indeed the one who hit Abhir and abandoned him on the road side ,

Judge asks everyone to maintain decorum and pronounces the judgement .

Court pronounces ten years imprisonment as punishment to Vidya Poddar . Armaan and Abhira are both very upset.

Abhira’s fans shout slogans against Vidya with posters shaming her . Vidya is taken into custody by police n driven away in police vehicle .

At Goenka Mansion Abhir and Abhira are seen sharing the news of justice for Abhir , Armaan reaches there on his bike fuming with fury at Abhira .
