No I don't think she needs to forgive him at all tbh babe, he was horrible in that track, and even now still lying about his part.

But i don't think if she forgive him then she needs to keep taunting him, either forgive wholeheartedly or leave, the middle ground of taunting him for past mistake is also detrimental for their lives and their baby.

My stance would always be that Ruru leave with her baby, but i don't think makers would give us that so next better option would be that they sort it out, after ruru kick him few times obviously.
