They are not baby kidnappers but they favor baby kidnappers very clearly and openly.

Crime karne waala is criminal.

Criminal ka support karne waala is also, at least half a criminal by default. So yeah, no baby for those too who are too keen on having Ruhi give the baby back to kidnappers.
