I think Ruhaan is just the male version of the name Ruhi, derived from the baby's real mother's name

Much like Arohi named her daughter Ruhi, which is a wordplay on her own name.

Love the name. It's much better than the name Daksh, it doesn't suit this cutie. Abhira sucks at naming a child. No one gives such a serious name to such an adorable child. I hope Ruhi gets the name changed. Like she said today, the baby shouldn't have any traces of the bacha chor couple. It's Ruhi's baby and should remain so
