We know how much Manjiri was cursed because she lost her marbles and accused Akshara after her adult grown up son Neil’s death. If Abhira can kidnap a one month old kid and can’t bear this separation, then was it really wrong for Manjiri to succumb to her bitter self after losing Neil? Also not to say running away after a disaster? Akshara and Abhira running away like this especially when babies are involved, why writers think that we should feel sorry for such people? These women upon grieve end up hiding and kidnapping and their sorry asses are sold as some exemplary feminists in 2024? ITV needs serious revamping. Paternity fraud, baby kidnapping, are extreme crimes and innocents suffer in real world, no way they shall be glorified as some act of being a powerful women. PERIOD.
Ye hai Double standards. FL's one month >>>>>> Manjiri's decades with Neil.
One can't compare grief and motherhood but people unfortunately do.
Abhira's pain and denial is okay. But unlike Naira who went into shock and acted impulsively and locked herself with Krish and then slowly regained her composition and after spending sometime with him let him, Abhira will go to Goenka Villa, regained consciousness, think and take the descision of taking the baby away. She had enough time to pack stuff in her pink potli. I can obviously give her a pass but she can't be compared to Naira like everyone is comparing. Whatever Naira did happened with short time.
Also Manjiri's bitterness was given. She loved Akshara like the daughter she never had. At every turn, she supported and wanted Akshu by her side. Obviously her descision was not very rational but her grief can be accepted.
And Ruhi is right (not about Abhira though) how the ones who knew the truth did not care when she was begging and crying for her child daily. How people were celebrating baby Daksh and Abhira without minding her grief.
Abhira's grief is definitely real and very valid but it doesn't diminish what the other mothers went through.
