They wanted to show Ru bonding with baby before knowing it's hers, but the route they took was absolutely crap.

There were multiple ways but they choose most clownish one.

If there's some unique condition where doc says only feed breast milk then it's different

Humare duniya main toh aise koi condition nahi hai that prohibits formula to be fed to an infant.

Infact with the range of formula available, even premies can be fed formula exclusively.

Which is why I am so annoyed & triggered in today's episode, coz I have had a similar experience & it's extremely frustrating to not be able to feed your child, aur uske upar aise comments literally make you murderous

Exactly. And Ruhi was in a coma, so they should have definitely given some formula to the bay, unless in DKP verse Formula doesn't exist at all
