Annoying- The Main Leads

I was here almost an year ago writing fanfictions.(which I discontinued after the ML replacment)

I have continued watching the show ever since. I had always found it bland, with a constant evolving change in both Abhira and Armaan's character.

Still, Armaan's character took a cheezy turn when he became head over heels in love with Abhira. But it still didn't feel that he could take independent decisions to just take a different place and live a peaceful life with his wife, when his mother was bullshitting her.

But what has been truly blasphemous for this Gen was Abhira's change into a self sacrifical lamb. She has almost 0 self respect left. How could she take her mother being called a murderer lightly? Why does she want Ruhi to be her sister that bad? She is 23-24, and still she is going bat shit crazy to be a mother. And then taking all the BS from her MIL. I remember OG Abhimaan. The way she called out the slightest of the inconvenience.

What a character assasination!

But still it's ITV. I could digest it.

But then the kid swap.

Since past 3 days my blood boils seeing Abhira act all mommy.

Not her fault. I know. But man she is unbearable to watch.

I should not waste my time writing about the cascade that bought this result. The two brothers deciding horribly. And if Armaan really wanted things to go right, he could have told Abhira in Rohit's absence.

But atleast seeing him in remorse is making me feel good.

Because Ruhi isn't dead.

She can get up any time. And for god's sake there is something called prognosis. Not every coma means a lifetime

Plus. Now elaborating about my annoyance on seeing Abhira stems from the fact that she isn't at all inquisitive about the size of her baby. Every dumb ass knows a baby born at 7th month is very early preterm. And is kept in NICU. And here she is parading a big ass baby in her arms.

Plus, she is asking Armaan to talk to the doctor. If I was her, I would have rushed to the hospital. I would have tried hard to know the do's and don't's.

It's just that her behavious is abysmal. And she has gone so blind.

Her husband is looking f**ked. He won't hold the baby. He won't touch it. Ask him why?

I know. This is a serial. But the way she is going baby this baby that. And cracking her nonsense one liners when her husband is just cracked up.

If this were an adopted child- raised by Armaan and Abhira as their own- it would have been beautiful to see.

I still remember the dream sequence in which Armaan imagined telling Abhira the truth. When she started wailing for the child like crazy.

With that kiddish perception of his wife, what will they actually ever do in life?

Where is the strong Abhira?

And for God's sake she got pregnant. Means she isn't infertile.

Maybe she is Anemic or has some hypertension or thyroid issues. That is why she had an intrauterine fetal death.

Instead of making her strong enough to bear a pregnancy in the future. These f*ckers are playing mind games.

She asked too why baby is not in nicu.

When I said Kiddish perception, I was talking about Armaan.

She could have loved the child as a tai/massi.

But Armaan fearing Abhira's outburst, when it's obviously her child who has died, and keeping the truth from her isn't mature.

If she had the guts to carry on a difficult pregnancy- then she should be told of the real outcome. She should be immune atleast in some form to accept an anticipated truth.

Her statement of "main sadme main chali jaati"

And Armaan's consensus of Abhira's reaction made me believe that both of them actually never were prepared for a complicated pregnancy.

Keeping Abhira in dark is pathetic.

If they had told her the whole deal, it could have been a good watch.

Plus, as I am in the final year of my MBBS, it's hard to see such a bad representation of medical expertise in this serial.

Believe me when I say, that people see many miscarriages, and still carry on to bear another child, without going crazy. (When they have a good idea that the outcome of a risky pregnancy can be severe)

The preterm infant that these guys can't afford on set is dead.

That infant isn't a part of the current story line.

I am questioning the inquisitiveness of the involved members.

And that's it an annoying watch.

Did I ever say that it's her fault, explicitly?

No.

I am not her biggest fan. It's just that I see how the story is going on, and hence my reaction.

(And yeah I think Ruhi is pathetic. I don't even think much about her - to write anything about that character)

I don't care if Abhira remains childless her whole life , or leaves the family, or becomes something succefull.

All I care about the logic she had preached once so strongly in the initial episodes.

It's just her character assasination that makes me wonder what remains of the OG Abhira in her.

And I also saw her agreeing to Rohit's abysmal explanation- "bhabhi aap jaise strong baby hai toh, isse zyada Der incubator main nahi rakha"

Wtver that explanation was.

I have bashed Armaan and Rohit too.

I don't hate Abhira. PERIOD.
