Why would someone do this yrrr, hopefully they get hiccups at the worst possible times and it won't go away soon.

I didn't say that puppy or any animal are expandable babe, but I know that people do give away smol animals babies if they can't take care of them and they can get better home for them. In that sense I said this not in derogatory way for animals.
