Ruhi will be victimized again & Abhira's pain of losing her baby will be completely forgotten.

No mother deserve to be separated from her child be it careless suicidal mother like Ruhi and no mother deserve her right to mourn for her dead baby be taken away from her. The grief for time being would have been better than future accusations "you took away everything from me even my baby, like your khooni maa". Both Rohit and Armaan know Ruhi's mental state, self-victimization & her hatred for Abhira. Giving her child to Abhira means inviting more hatred and more trouble.

Khair for me any situation is better than Abhira herself tyaaging her BSP for Ruhi, after the struggles she went through to have him. Now Rohit being the parent/guardian of his child is in that position.
