I have said this before .. they strategically put Manish Goenka in the car with Ruhi .. because they want to keep it ambiguous

If Manish was not with Ruhi .. when she found Rohit . She would have got rid of this guy .. kept him hidden like what Sanjay Bansal was doing with Madhav ..

Manish was there so she had to take Rohit to hospital and bring him to Poddar house
