Why should armaan should not be guilty about ruhi .. is he is the one who asked to get married to rohit from the start he said that rohit will give her happiness and love more than him ... Suddenly rohit disappeared and makers now don't even care rohit he was guilty for all the time he couldn't provide what he promised .. and comming to marriage he does said okay to his marriage it was forced and ruhi is the most delluest person who went onn he dumped her in mandap .. because he got to know he has feelings and loved abhira .. it's better than providing her loveless marriage .. he is human hai bhai 🤖 robot nahi hai ... Anyone will feel guilty ..does he should be heartless in helping her around when we he truly and whole Fully for abhira .. armaan should be stone and heartless when it comes to ruhi , k Because they are just manuplater and abhira have problem in them ...

And ruhi grow some spine girl self respect is important .. he is the who one dumped and u still care for him can't move onnn seriously get a life ..

This is what I feel about the episode that Did they show exactly how accident happened ? Did they show what was the conversation between Armaan and his client about accident? No. They didn’t show us anything.

This looks like similar case where Kaveri Poddar was accused for burning poor people’s home and abhira took the case against Kaveri to give justice to poor but at last it was proven in court that Kaveri was never involved in burning those homes, it was someone else and abhira was wrong by accusing Kaveri without doing detailed case study or knowing what Armaan has spoke with his client about the case. In that case also, they had never shown scene where kaveri is ordering to burn poor people’s house. In this case also, they have not shown accident scene.
Abhira knows what her client informed her and Armaan knows what his client informed him about the case. There is high chances that abhira being fresher has not catch some points/loop holes like she did during Kaveri poddar’s catch and Armaan being experienced lawyer has caught some points which he can present for his client in the court that’s why he has suggested court hearing at very next day.
@bold : This was what exactly happened with abhira during her case against Kaveri Poddar. Her arguments were shallow and very stupid and at last she was the one who fought case for both the parties in the court. First time I saw a lawyer who ended up fighting case from both the side in the court. No head no tail.

na Abhira Kaveri ke khilaaf case lad rahi thi , na ab voh Ruhi ke khilaaf lad rahi hai. in both situations she is going with the intention of fighting for the party that she feels is the victim and hence needs her services. And she is idealistic so she doesnt feel the need to drop a case or convince her clients to drop the case just because the offender is someone she knows. she is a newbie and full of idealism and junoon, not corrupted by the world. so she genuinely wants to fight for justice. In Kaveri case, her goal wasnt to throw Kv in jail, but to genuinely find out what happened , who set the fire and who did the ghotala. If that was Kaveri- she'd have to pay. but if she was phasaoed by someone- she would find the culprit. Unlike Armaan who only cared about defending his client, Abhira actually cared about what is the truth because she is a newbie and not jaded by life. In Ruhi case also, her goal is only to ensure that her client who got seriously injured due to negligent driving of a person gets justice. if Ruhi has done something rash- she should pay. she shouldnt get away just because Abhira and Armaan know her and think she is not a bad person! whereas if Ruhi has not driven rashly then she wont get punished. Truth will come out.

Armaan challenge bhi kar raha hai ki insaaf hona chahiye but settlement bhi karna chahta hai. ye kya doglapan hai?! ya toh tum believe karte ho ki galti tumhaare client ki hi hai toh rafa dafa karna chahte ho ya phir tum believe karte ho ki client nirdosh hai toh tum court mein insaaf dilane chahte ho. In this case, Armaan in court essentially has to appeal for minimum punishment by claiming his client is not irresponsible and is not a bad citizen but has erred this time.

Wrong examples 😀.. He is not saying Ruhi is not wrong or did not cause the accident , he is only saying that it should be an out of court settlement and do not warrant taking to court and jail... That is how most accident cases are settled... Even Ruhi is not saying that she did not cause the accident.. She is saying it was dark and the person came in front suddenly ... Though it is not shown whether she told about how fast she was driving and for how long..
