Actually certain old age issues still exist..

Guy do prefer their parents most of the time..

But at last they come around..

And yes they do help in understanding their wives although they are not very good at that..

But most of the adjustments and compromises do come in girl's part...

They had to be very patient to make marriage work..

Ladke eeforts nhi daalte..

They just get scared when at times girl's put their foot down ki bhai ab mujhse nhi hoga..

Tab darte hai vo fir ek do din thik rehte hai and than back to same old routine..

But that doesn't mean ki you had to tolerate ekdum bakwas of your in laws and hubby..

Unfortunately girl's had to find that balance when to stop and when to retaliate..

Our sociery structure still not very advanced..

I am talking what I am witnessing..

And intially these things used to bother me now I made my peace..

Madhav is a very flawed character who has made many mistakes

his approach to fix Abhimaan also has been flawed. he created roadblocks not opportunities for them to talk.

he couldnt prevent Kaveri from ruining everything despite knowing his maa's ability to create MU

he is unable to get through to his own son.

Armaans conditioning is because Madhav let him be treated badly since childhood.

The only thing he is doing right which he should have done ages ago is to physically stay with abhira. He claimed he would walk out if Abhira wasnt in PH but that fell through. divorce happened and Abhira got thrown out again and she has suffered a lot. road par bhatki, went hungry, had no job ,no money. beti bulaya hai but he didnt care to follow up either on her, but finally he is showing some consideration to that child by giving her a roof to stay in and a physical presence of a comforting figure who she can talk about her pain with. she trusts him. But he is gonna lose her trust if he hides the DP issue for too long. because everyone has been letting her down. if Madhav does the same then Abhira is gonna be very hurt.

he has already messed up by not mentioning DP issue.

i used to hate marriage when I was working listening to all the stories around. But everyone will have to pass through that den to experience it. Need to train sons to do everything what a girl can do as girls are doing what boy can do ride bike car train aeroplane politics jobs everything. Boy needs to be trained by moms for balance of home. Then only that equality comes and peaceful life. People repeat what they see at home either father did this of mother did that. In some houses the body of boy is built in a way with robotic instructions like your father did this way you have to do that. This is a long training brain hijack programme. It takes lot of afforts to get that load out and refill rhe system🤣🤣 . That's why these days no hurry for shadi when everything is in perfect desired results going ahead happily. There should not be regret or look back.

Thats the reason of whole disbalance..

Girls can do what boys can..

But boys are still treated as child by their mothers and it continues even after their marriage..

They expect wives to treat their son as child..

But as you said with more independance girl's can tell her husband ki bhai yeh toh nhi hoga..

Tumhara ghar sambhal liya tumhare bache sambhal liye yahan tak ki tumahre maa baap bhi sambhal liye..

Lekin khud ko tum khud hi sambhalo..

And definetely mils are still same..

They do taunt and nit pick..

But now situation is better becoz they know ki bahu ko ladke ki zaryrat nhi hai..

Ladke ko bahu chahiye..

So yes its much more in control..

Mostly chhapri Non fiction bhi fiction jaisa hota Kitna mast...yaha heart break hua nhi ki..next day second aa mil gaya
