Madhav might give that house to abhira but armaan shifting there seems impossible as of now, as that house is his mum's. Bande ne abhi tak unki ek photo nahi dekhi, ghar mein unki yaadein hongi for sure, abhira se milne aa sakta hain but dont think until her past is cleared he would be interested to stay there. After that he can shift & the situations you mentioned will work

Abhira is kind hearted agar use pata chala ke goenkas ke financial condition toh for sure woh unko invite karegi, aur budapa ka reason deke woh log aa bhi jayenge, only few months are left for akshara's anniversary, yeh sab saath rahenge toh woh waala revelation bhi easily ho jayega.

Mujhe yehi scenario lag raha hain nahi toh madhav ko achanak se yeh ghar kaise yaad aa gaya, itni din abhira dakke kha rahi thi without even a proper room to stay.

Mujhe lagta hai shadi mein pahunch ke mandap se bhaag jayega yeh admi..

Tab kya seedha bhaag hi jayega...

Kuch keh ke bhagega yah kaise..

He will tell ruhi he can't marry becoz he loves abhira but poddars ko kajal divorce ka sach bta degi..

Even I feel a leap will come according to ar and MG dialogues in today episode where ar will meet abhira in future (2 or 3 years , it can be 1 year also). Rumaal shadi won't happen as of now , I guess. I think we will see some hit & miss scenes between ar & ab in upcoming episodes. Maybe Abhira will say that she doesn't see a future with him even though she loves him after ar confesses. Even though ab loves ar , its clear that she has lost her trust in him. She knows his family will never accept her. If ar understands the depth of damage which has broken ab trust in him, maybe we will see him waiting for a second chance with ab in future. They can show rohit coming back and getting back with roohi and roohi getting involved in gk business in flashback after the leap. If they wanna show ar less guilty towards ru, rohit must comeback. About ak revealation, they can do it in future too. Death anniversary comes every year. Whenever it reveals guilt of goenkas , drama of ru and abhira's betrayed feeling filled with anger will be same. So it can be delayed.

Makers are not going to end love triangle soon.If ar rejects ruhi bhabhji then,surely she will again guilt trip him and he will also feel bad for her cause he will think he’s responsible for bhabhji’s dukh.And ar wil always have a soft corner for her.
