Or he will say I love u back after charu says "ilu bolo na bhaiyya" &then gets drunk goes to her place where she is standing holding 🕯(kkkg ki jaya bacchan ki tarah, udhar arti ki thaali thi idhar candle hain), cos she feels he will come & he reveals his feelings & abhira gets happy??

As she knows &understand the ilu for ruhi was under family pressure

My personal wish was that he should have realized his feelings everything on his own now that he is taking the step to marry Ruhi. I was not in prefer of Ab confessing either. There is no harm in a girl proposing but considering how indifferent he has behaved with Ab with whom he shared 10 months history, I would have loved if the realization did not need to depend on what Ab said. If your love is genuine you do not have to wait for other to confess. Anyways now whatever the creatives are giving I have to accept that as is.

IK what u mean , it feels like Abhira’s character has been changed but see this is just a phase ,when she was with her mamma she only saw happy world ,being honest never think before saying anything , her world was beautiful where love is more imp than money, her mama ,papa were happy without any luxuries too.

See , for now she don’t really have a solid reason to hate Armaan like we have ,She knows Armaan loves his family and he will do anything for his family his maa , his step mom started only caring for him genuinely after she made her realise , Armaan said we can have many issues but our marriage is not forced but she is the one who said their marriage is forced and asked divorce. so she thought only she wants divorce and not Armaan , not to forget few days back he tore the divorce papers babhi got. There are times when he took stand against his family even going against his Dadi to support her and Dadi taunted him being jhoru ka gulam, he hurt her many times but also cared for her many times, mama’s birthday celebrations, resort repair ,left imp case and went to Mussoorie to help her, for now she only remembers good things as they both fought with each other.

she doesn’t know what we know , babhi and jeth’s 2 min noodles and how they were hiding and cheating her from all these days , and how Ruhi is waiting all these days for Abhira to leave the house so she can marry Jeth , Rohit’s disappearance , Armaan getting ready to marry Babhi next day Abhira left ,once she knows this she will be completely out of love with this man, and that will be when Armaan finally thinks to confess his feelings. She will ask him to Get lost and say Bhad mein jao Armaan. Haaa, how badly I want to hear that.

I agree with most of this.

But i think the reason people think she is losing her self respect is because she has witnessed his cruelty to her since Charu kaand and he has done many a horrible thing. so thats where many of the peoples frustration comes from. because the expectation is that after seeing his cruel side where he called her a bojh and humiliated her repeatedly, didnt give her a chance to explain, ended their relationship on bitter terms and so easily allowed his dusri shaadi to be done, people expect her to get over him for good. because how to pine for a man who so easily ended their relationship.

but I also understand its not that easy to move on. When you truly love someone, you love them with all their flaws. She always knew that he blows a fuse when its about family and can do anything for them . so in between all his cruelty if he shows even one gesture of care she is willing to give him benefit of doubt. because she has also witnessed his caring , protective side.

She doesnt know his past with Ruhi so she actually thinks he is agreeing to everything out of pressure only.

ig their pov is that he needed a push to make him understand why he has been restless and unhappy about the shaadi to Ruhi and when Abhira confesses love, it clicks for him too.

so Abhira confessing her feelings becomes the trigger for his actual realization which was brewing under the surface

the problem is they didnt give the best scenes to make that angst, restlessness and unhappiness with shaadi to Ruhi palpable

we got very little to show us how affected he is by abhira and much more of just irritation and snapping and taunting her.

i didn’t watch season 2 so whatever I learned about her I learned here only.

Woh dono naagin aurat ke wajase ruhi aj aisi ban gayi hai.Just can’t tolerate that goenka ladies.
