I guess in the promo ruhi's part was her dream/imagination of her wanting to tell vidya about her and armaan, and the convo between vidya and kaveri was real.

One thing though ..Garvita has been the most accurate and honest when it comes to revealing the upcoming track ..she clearly said that the upcoming episodes would be about how Ruhi achieves her end goal ..ab wohi dikharahe hai…
