@bold Nobody thinks I like Ruhi because I spoke against her getting slapped, bashing Abhira's character is a habit. I can't support adulterers and women with zero self-respect and self-awareness.

Repeating the same arguments for "n" number of times. Atleast Ruhi gives a new reason to criticize her actions every single day but Abhira is criticized daily for the same rinse-and-repeat reasons for 4 months.

1- Deal marriage/Fake Marriage

2- Getting advantage of Poddars by not telling them about the one-year verbal deal marriage. She is privileged to be a Poddar bahu.

3- She must stay in PG as she has a job and leave Poddar's house to prove herself an independent woman.

4- Why is Abhira/Sam overpraised?

5- She went against Dadisa and then fought the case from both sides.

I said insulted and ridiculed I think, that also, I mentioned in reply to "privilege of being Poddar bahu" she is not given a place to sit with family members while having meals which is also true. Why would she leave the house because of Dadisa's insults or for not being able to have meals together with family? As there are people who genuinely adore her but that isn't because of the privilege of being Poddar's DIL but because of her efforts, she shares a separate bond with all of them.

Italic - 😅the only reason she is there in the house is because she a Poddar bahu… the only reason the family members are loving her is because she is Armaan’s wife… had she been a random stranger, she neither would have been in the house nor would the family adore her… from when did we start adorning strangers🤔.. whatever efforts she would have put, the family wouldn’t have been this close to her if she was not a Poddar bahu but stranger…

Lol……..The only reason Abhira is loved by some members of the poddar household is not because of being Atman’s wife (if that were the case, she would have been loved by them from the first day itself) but because she made her place in their heart because of her actions.

I completely agree. They will be hurt after knowing about Ar-Ab's one-year deal even after having a real marriage but they will eventually let it go and forgive them. Abhira's bond with them isn't dependent on her being Armaan's wife. She is loved because of herself not because she is their DIL or Armaan's wife.

Nobody's leaving and even if they do, they will come bk..let's live with it Abhira not only sailed through but brought a change , for good. After she married Arman she not only carved a place for herself but Arman too ..

But a lie such as this won't affect them as much as ruhi & armans soulmatism would..I don't think even that will, bec that's the itv trend ..is abhira selfish or is she a liar or shes there some ulterior motive behind her love & affection ? Who cares ? Will it change anything in poddars life if abhira disappears tomorrow ? I guess..everything is worth it if ppl who hate her , miss her when she's gone 🤷‍♀️

I agree to that..but they were not welcoming to her either ..in this scenario when Arman knew his family opposed his marriage , he shouldn't expose abhira to the daily taunts & fights , instead, just help her out finding a hostel or another house but then we wont have a show...the scenario is so messed up and they did it to drag for hundreds of episodes. As opposed to the opinions here , I don't see any glorification of the fl or abhira getting away with anything ..why we take this so seriously 🙄 whether she does this that a b c or x y z , there will always be ppl who will find fault in her ..for debate sake it's OK but faltu criticism just bec she is somebody's daughter is unfair.

We say telling the truth to not hurt feelings is the right way to go but it's not practical 99% of the times nor does it solve any problem . It leads to further complications who knows ? We will know only when we get there ..we judge characters for their intentions...that's why abhira or her truth won't hurt them as much as ruhi Arman affair truth and ruhi rohit marriage truth ..let's discuss when this actually happens

Living and existing seems same on the surface but are two different things. And that’s the difference between Abhira and Ruhi.
Similarly, being tolerated and accepted are also entirely different. Abhira was barely tolerated by members of the Poddar household as Arman’s wife, but over the months she etched her place in that house via her actions coz she is a living and breathing entity who enlivens the whole atmosphere wherever she goes. It’s not constricted by the environment she is part of.

That’s her basic traits.

I never liked akshnav frankly ..everything about s3 was shit , even if I liked some aspects of it ..eventually every character went down the drain (went down the hill literally ) ..there is nothing remotely likeable in the prev season ..

Nothing would stop me from liking ruhi if she earned it ..others are horrible than her & equally at fault doesn't make her less horrible ..ruhi is in this mess bec of herself . I have similar views on Arman.he ain't any good either for the same reasons..

Nothing would stop me from hating abhira if she was like that ...i mean i can have an opinion on her.....abhiras character makes me curious..she's like a Phoenix & I like such chars, till they are butchered of course ..she never had it easy..her moms death , yuvraj, unwanted marriage , sasural where nobody wanted her , husband who doesn't love her ..she still makes the best out of it , without any sulking and blaming fate or others for her misery..she tries to stay happy in that hell hole..except manisha chachi koi aur wahan khush dikhta bhi hai? In future if they Butcher her , I'll express it as it is..

I respect ur opinion on ruhi & abhira & enjoyed reading abt it ..it gave me another perspective ..cya around
