At this point, no hope, if it was before mussoorie, I would have agreed. Now if he realises he can't live without abhira & informs it to ruhi, then he will look like a cheater, who led ruhi & ditched her according to his comfort. Armaan sa always wants to get in everybody's good books, so he won't do that.

Moreover, if he suddenly feels for abhira, it will look as guilt or sacrifice from his side. Not genuine feelings for abhira.

He can freed only by ruhi & that too without making him guilty. And, it's a looooooooooong path

I have a thought though .Ruhi says you prioritised everyone over me ..so why not respect my wishes for a change ? It was after that he was sucked in by guilt and wiped her tears and allowed him to lead him..being a fair person, he said okay let me give this one also a chance ..so she won’t guilt trip me after this ..he probably communicated to God and said, “look man, I am taking this chance and doing this in your place of worship ..because I want to be fair and can’t handle the guilt anymore ..now since you are the sutradhar, you better decide what you want me to do and ensure events play out accordingly ..paap or punya it is is on you” ....just like he left Abhira’s fate to God, he basically left his own fate to God as well ...that’s why when the alta cup dropped and Ruhi went away, he said it was destiny’s signal likely .
